The most popular imported noodle by students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Andalas University, is Samyang Noodle from Korea. Although the price of this noodle is more expensive, many students buy this product. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the halal label, price, and product quality affect the decisions students make to buy certain items. Quantitative research methods with surveys. This study uses the coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression to analysis the data. The number of research samples is 154 samples. Research locus at the Payakumbuh Campus, Andalas University. Individual-job fit (person-job fit) is a job specification process as an effort to help identify individual employee competencies needed to obtain success, such as knowledge, abilities, skills and other factors that can refer to obtaining superior performance, therefore variables This is very important for the company to pay attention to. This study aims to analyze the effect of person-organization fit and person-job fit on employee performance in companies in Yogyakarta. The sample in this study are employees who work for organizations/companies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study uses primary data. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. A total of 93 respondents participated in this study. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire distributed online. The data in this study were processed using SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis methods. This research method is quantitative, and primary data collected by online questionnaires. Participants of this research consisted at 140 <em>gamers</em> in Bengkulu City who bought the <em>virtual goods</em>. The data were processed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 16.0. The result were obtained in this study: (1) <em>price fairness</em> influences <em>customer satisfaction</em> positively and significantly (2) <em>product quality</em> influences influences <em>customer satisfaction</em> positively and significantly (3) <em>promotion</em> influences influences <em>customer satisfaction</em> positively and significantly. This study aimed to examine the influence of the proactive personality variable on the career adaptability mediated by the self-efficacy variable. Using census technique, bachelor’s degree students who were registered at Accounting, Development Studies, and Management Departments of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Universitas Bengkulu in the second semester of their third year and above were sampled and surveyed. Data were collected using a set of questionnaires and distributed through <em>hand-delivered survey </em>and <em>web survey </em>methods. After screening for the missing values, 522 questionnaires were valid for further analysis. Hierarchical Multiple Regression Analysis (HMRA) was employed to analyse the data gathered, the results showed that The ability to identify opportunies, the showing initiative, the taking action, and persisitent dimensions of the proactive personality variable influenced partially and simultaneously on the career adaptability and had the positif effects. Similarly, the four dimensions of the proactive personality variable influenced positif on the self-efficacy variable. The self-efficacy had an effect on the career adapatability, but it was partially positif on the self-assessment, the future plans, and the problem solving dimensions. The self-efficacy received the partial mediation. Only the self-assessment, the future plans, and the problem solving mediated the relationship between the ability to identify opportunies and the showing initiative of the proactive personality and the career adapatibility. Because the results meant that the students should develop their self-confidence to increase the level of self-efficacy for the readiness of their careers. The personality possessed could be the basis for the students to increase career adaptability by increasing self-efficacy that can motivate themselves. This study examines the main determinants of e-wallet use intention and proposes a model of e-wallet adoption, integrating mindfulness as a significant factor. The respondents in this study are e-wallet users living in Bengkulu City aged 17-40 years old. The non-probability sampling technique was used to obtain data samples from respondents. Online survey questionnaires collected respondents of this study through social media such as WhatsApp and Instagram. After adopting the listwise deletion method through Mahalanobis Distance on SEM-AMOS, 257 useable questionnaires were available for analysis. For data analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), assessment of normality, and regression weights were applied to this research.
