Abstract
Jumlah rumah sakit semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya yang didominasi rumah sakit swasta sehingga diperlukan efektivitas MSDM untuk kinerja organisasi. Praktik MSDM membutuhkan proses yang panjang terutama pada proses rekrutmen yang terdiri dari serangkaian aktivitas untuk mengidentifikasi pelamar yang diinginkan. Namun, munculnya Covid-19 tidak diprediksi dan membutuhkan adaptasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Covid-19 terhadap rekrutmen tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit swasta. Metode Penelitian ini yaitu literature review pada 7 artikel yang ditelusuri melalui Science Direct dan Google Scholar. Artikel ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Indonesia. Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam pencarian artikel, yaitu "recruit" AND "human resource" AND "private hospital" AND "covid-19." Pencarian artikel dibatasi dalam 4 tahun terakhir, yakni 2020-2023. Artikel yang digunakan dalam bentuk original article, full text, dan open access. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu dari 7 artikel, menunjukkan bahwa Pandemi Covid-19 memengaruhi rekrutmen, yaitu rekrutmen hanya sebatas formalitas dan menjadikan tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit banyak dalam kuantitas, tetapi bervariasi dalam kualitas. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu pandemi covid-19 berpengaruh terhadap rekrutmen sehingga rekrutmen dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI), menggunakan platform video conference, mengganti tes tertulis dengan proyek atau presentasi online, menyesuaikan jadwal secara fleksibel, dan menjaga komunikasi.
