Abstract

Latar Belakang: Anemia masih menjadi masalah kesehatan pada pekerja wanita di Indonesia dan berkaitan dengan rendahnya pengetahuan gizi serta konsumsi pangan mengandung zat besi. Edukasi berbasis pangan lokal berpotensi meningkatkan perilaku konsumsi dan mendukung perbaikan asupan gizi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh edukasi konsumsi pangan lokal terhadap perubahan pengetahuan dan asupan gizi pada pekerja wanita dengan anemia. Metode: Penelitian quasi-eksperimen ini melibatkan 44 pekerja wanita anemia ringan dan menilai pengetahuan, pola konsumsi pangan lokal, serta asupan gizi melalui kuesioner, survei konsumsi pangan tujuh hari, dan pemeriksaan hemoglobin dengan intervensi edukasi konsumsi pangan lokal selama 12 minggu pada kelompok perlakuan. Analisis menggunakan uji beda antar kelompok dan uji beda pre–post dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh intervensi terhadap perubahan pengetahuan dan asupan gizi. Hasil: Intervensi edukasi secara signifikan meningkatkan skor pengetahuan, frekuensi konsumsi pangan lokal, serta asupan energi, protein, dan zat besi pada kelompok perlakuan dibandingkan kelompok kontrol, perbedaan antar kelompok terbukti bermakna secara statistik (p<0,05). Kesimpulan: Edukasi gizi berbasis pangan lokal efektif meningkatkan perilaku konsumsi dan asupan gizi pekerja wanita sehingga mendukung perbaikan status gizi dan penanggulangan anemia.
