Abstrak

Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian daerah, termasuk di Kabupaten Bogor. Namun, keterbatasan kapasitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) masih menjadi tantangan utama dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penguatan manajemen SDM dalam meningkatkan kapasitas koperasi dan UMKM di Kabupaten Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Bogor tahun 2023–2025 serta data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner kepada pengelola koperasi dan pelaku UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan SDM, pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi, serta penerapan praktik manajemen SDM berbasis digital berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kapasitas usaha, yang tercermin dari meningkatnya produktivitas, efisiensi operasional, dan kemampuan adaptasi terhadap perubahan pasar. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan manajemen SDM merupakan faktor kunci dalam mendorong koperasi dan UMKM agar lebih kompetitif dan berkelanjutan di era digital.
