Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that arises as a result of malnutrition that lasts long enough. Factors that can influence the incidence of stunting are directly influenced by infectious diseases and lack of nutritional intake in both quality and quantity. One way to prevent the increased possibility of stunting is to consume nutritious foods such as mung bean porridge because it is rich in beta carotene and is a component needed to form vitamin A in the body
