Abstract

Digital Transformation of MSMEs is a priority for economic foundation strengthening, as well as efforts to accelerate recovery and increase national economic competitiveness, including in improving the productivity and performance of MSMEs. By using digital technology optimally in running their business, MSMEs can obtain a number of benefits, including being able to reach a larger consumer base, increase revenue, facilitate monitoring of business activities, and reduce costs, especially marketing, logistics and shipping costs. In Sawah lebar Village, there are many MSMEs, but they are still limited to traditional marketing, this is because the understanding of digital marketing techniques is still very limited, then they do not have digital marketing intermediary media, many MSME players are old, with an average age of 40 years, so they need extra learning for the digitization process. Therefore, this service activity aims to provide an understanding to MSME actors about marketing digitalization and product management, this activity is carried out using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method where the first stage of activity is to be directly involved in digging up information on the problems faced by partners. Then continued the Reflection stage, and Implementation of product management and marketing training programs.
