Abstract
Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan (Knowledge) dan Memberikan keterampilan (Skill) kepada warga Desa Taba Jambu, Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Adapun khalayak sasaran adalah warga desa yang tergabung dalam kelompok Ibu-ibu PKK. Monitoring dan evaluasi dilaksanakan untuk melihat keberhasilan kegiatan pelaksanaan pelatihan dan tugas terbimbing, khususnya pelaksanaan tugas terbimbing yang dilakukan oleh peserta. Hasil monev menunjukan bahwa warga telah melakukan kegiatan pembuatan Nata De Corn serta sudah mandiri dan memahami proses pembuatan Nata De Corn. Dengan demikian warga telah memahami tentang pembuatan Nata De Corn. Teknik ini juga mampu memberikan solusi terhadap pengolahan pemanfaatan sisa air rebusan jagung.
