Abstract
Masyarakat Desa Tanjung Terdana Bengkulu Tengah belum memiliki sumber keterampilan teknologi tepat guna yang memadai yang dapat digunakan sebagai sumber penghasilan selain bertani. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam budidaya jamur tiram. Metode kegiatan meliputi tiga tahapan kegiatan yaitu Persiapan, Pelatihan dan Praktek, Monitoring dan Evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini telah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam budidaya jamur tiram dengan N-gain sebesar 0,85 atau dengan kategori tinggi. Respon peserta terhadap materi pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memahami materi pelatihan yang diberikan. Sedangkan respon peserta terhadap metode pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta sangat memahami metode pelatihan yang diberikan.
