Community service activities are divided into two stages: counseling and demonstration. In the counseling activity, participants are given provisions on various processing of catfish products and their natural preservation. Then, a demonstration and practice are carried out to directly show how to process catfish into various home industries with economic value. Catfish farmers, PKK mothers, and residents in the surrounding area attended this activity. The result of this activity is that mothers around Srikaton Village can make their own various processed catfish foods in the form of shredded catfish, crackers, and catfish nuggets. The obstacles still faced are self-awareness to become entrepreneurs, and marketing of home industry products that have been produced. This problem can be resolved according to the desired target through systematic and continuous assistance.

Keywords: Catfish; catfish floss; catfish chips; catfish nuggets; home industry
2025-06-26T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Devi Ratnawati https://ejournal.unib.ac.id/andromeda/article/view/42270 EDUKASI TEKNIK STORYTELLING UNTUK GURU PAUD DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BAHASA INGGRIS ANAK USIA DINI 2025-06-11T08:49:48+00:00 Ruwaiza Sasmita rsasmita@unib.ac.id Tiara Azzahra Marpaung Tamarpaung@unib.ac.id Ajat Majanto ajatmanjato@unib.ac.id Dika Zakiyah dzakiyah@unib.ac.id Wahyuni Shofinna Nur wsnur@unib.ac.id Mutiara Widya Utami mwutami@unib.ac.id
This community service activity aims to provide education about storytelling techniques to PAUD (Early Childhood Education) teachers to improve English language skills in early childhood. One learning model that can overcome this condition is PAIKEM GEMBROT (Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective, Fun, Joyful, and Weighted Learning). The initial survey showed that the knowledge of teachers of SD N 69 Kota Bengkulu was still low regarding the PAIKEM GEMBROT learning model, low understanding and motivation of students to learn in mathematics subjects, and the lack of availability of mathematics teaching aids that support the teaching and learning process so that learning is still abstract and challenging for students to understand, so that a Training Activity for Making Mathematics Teaching Aids Based on PAIKEM GEMBROT was carried out to improve Student Understanding and Motivation for Teachers of SD N 69 Kota Bengkulu. The activity method was in the form of workshops and seminars. The results of the training activities showed that the response of teachers of SD N 69 Kota Bengkulu was positive; all teachers had high motivation, and their knowledge of mathematics learning based on PAIKEM GEMBROT after being given training was in a suitable category as much as 100%.

Keywords: PAIKEM GEMBROT, Mathematics teaching aids, Learning motivation
2025-06-27T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Nurul Astuty Yensy, Teddy Alfra Siagian https://ejournal.unib.ac.id/andromeda/article/view/42590 SOSIALISASI DAN PRAKTIK PEMBUATAN SABUN CAIR MENGGUNAKAN ESENSTIAL OIL PADA MASYARAKAT DESA TAMBAK REJO BENGKULU UTARA 2025-06-17T02:48:33+00:00 Triana Krisandini tkrisandini@unib.ac.id Dewi Handayani d.handayani@unib.ac.id Rina Elvia relvia@unib.ac.id
Community service is a tridharma activity of higher education that must be carried out by all lecturers. Birth certificates, family cards, and identity cards (after the age of seventeen) are the three fundamental components that every Indonesian citizen must have. This data is crucial for the continuity of a country, as it directly impacts policymaking and the development of government programs. From birth, a person already requires population administration. In this service activity, we emphasized that beyond the creation of these documents, the archiving and maintenance of population administrative records must also be taken seriously. While the creation process is fully managed by the government, guidance is needed for archiving and maintaining these documents so that the public becomes more aware of the importance of complete population administration. Based on this rationale, we conducted a socialization session for all members of the PKK (Family Welfare Movement) in the Surabaya, Sungai Serut, Bengkulu. Surabaya is considered quite complex, consisting of a total of 29 neighborhood associations (RTs). The method we used in this community service was to conduct a socialization session while also highlighting the negative impacts of incomplete population administration. Through this session, it is hoped that the public will become more aware and concerned about their population documents, enabling Indonesia to carry out development more effectively as its citizens are well-identified.

Keywords: Administration; Population; Policy; PKK; Bengkulu.
2025-06-27T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Is Susanti, Muhammad Fauzan Aziman https://ejournal.unib.ac.id/andromeda/article/view/41970 SOSIALISASI EKSPERIMEN FENOMENA QUANTUM FLUORESENSI KEPADA SISWA SMPN 28 BENGKULU UTARA 2025-06-02T06:03:47+00:00 I Nyoman Candra inyomancandra@unib.ac.id Arsela Eko Listiono aelistiono@unib.ac.id Muhammad Febriansyah fm983407@gmail.com Anggun T. Anemia, especially iron deficiency anemia, is a common health problem in adolescents, especially adolescent girls, which is often caused by unhealthy diets and low awareness of the importance of iron intake. The impacts include decreased concentration in learning, fatigue, and the potential for long-term health problems. Therefore, early education is very important to increase awareness and form healthy living behaviors. This activity is carried out through interactive counseling methods, distribution of educational brochures, screening of short videos, and discussion and evaluation sessions to measure the effectiveness of participants' understanding. The material presented includes the importance of consuming nutritious foods, sources of iron, the benefits of blood-boosting tablets, and the importance of routine health checks. It is hoped that through this activity, students will be able to understand and apply steps to prevent and overcome anemia independently, so that a sustainable healthy lifestyle is formed in everyday life.

Keywords: Anemia, Adolescents, Nutrition Education, Iron, Madrasah
2025-06-28T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Yona Harianti Putri, Delia Komala Sari, Rizki Oktarini, Ridwan Hartadi, Qori Lugastiningsih, Arisika, Khallissah Iz’zzah Aimar, Hikmah Lia Ikhwan, Liza Fatrisia Ananda, Aliya Salsabilah https://ejournal.unib.ac.id/andromeda/article/view/42483 Seni untuk Hati: Art Therapy sebagai Penguatan Emosi Anak di Panti Asuhan Guyub Rukun 2025-06-17T02:42:59+00:00 Wiwit Alwi wiwit@unib.ac.id Danu Rahmat Fajari wiwit@unib.ac.id Destry Ramadanti wiwit@unib.ac.id Ferdianata Gustafian wiwit@unib.ac.id Imallatul Istma wiwit@unib.ac.id Kurnia Mutiara Indah wiwit@unib.ac.id Melse Yesnaini wiwit@unib.ac.id Nadia Razela wiwit@unib.ac.id Putri Indah Pratiwi wiwit@unib.ac.id Rafika Fadhila Dhani wiwit@unib.ac.id Revi Alvionita wiwit@unib.ac.id Sinta Annisa Putri wiwit@unib.ac.id Waqina Nata wiwit@unib.ac.id Yensi Pertamasari wiwit@unib.ac.id
The activity "Art for the Heart: Art Therapy as Emotional Empowerment for Children at the Guyub Rukun Orphanage" was implemented as an application of art-based Guidance and Counseling to enhance the emotional well-being of orphanage children. These children often face psychosocial challenges due to the lack of affection and past traumatic experiences. Art therapy was chosen as a method because it allows children to express their emotions freely and creatively through artistic media. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method with a participatory approach through socialization sessions and hands-on practice. The results showed that the children demonstrated high enthusiasm and were able to express their feelings through activities such as drawing, coloring, and collaborative art projects. The program provided a safe space for emotional exploration and also improved social skills, self-confidence, and mutual respect. Furthermore, the activity increased caregivers’ awareness of the importance of creative approaches in supporting children. In conclusion, art therapy is proven to be an effective strategy within Guidance and Counseling to strengthen the emotional capacity of orphaned children and is recommended for sustainable implementation.

Keywords: Art therapy; guidance and counseling; children's emotions; orphanage; psychological well-being
2025-06-29T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Wiwit Alwi, Danu Rahmat Fajari, Destry Ramadanti, Ferdianata Gustafian, Imallatul Istma, Kurnia Mutiara Indah, Melse Yesnaini, Nadia Razela, Putri Indah Pratiwi, Rafika Fadhila Dhani, Revi Alvionita, Sinta Annisa Putri, Waqina Nata, Yensi Pertamasari
