The background of the study began with concerns that the characteristics of elementary school children who still require intensive guidance do not fully align with the demands of the Independent Curriculum, which encourages independent learning and group discussions. The research method used a qualitative approach through observation and interviews with teachers and students in several elementary schools. The research stages included data collection, analysis of students' abilities in discussions, problem-solving, and presentations, and evaluation of the teacher's role in learning. The results showed that although the Independent Curriculum provides space for the development of independent skills, the characteristics of elementary school children who still require full guidance cause difficulties in its implementation, especially for passive or slow students. This research is a quantitative study using a quasi experimental method, with the design applied being the matching only posttest control group design. The population of the study consists of all fifth-grade students at SDN 82 Bengkulu City, with the sample being class VD as the experimental group and class VC as the control group, selected using the cluster random sampling technique. Data were collected through a post-test questionnaire based on predetermined indicators. The results of the hypothesis test show that the t-count value is greater than the t-table value (2.715 &gt; 0.3081), and the significance value (2-tailed) is 0.010 &lt; 0.05. These results indicate a significant difference in students’ interest in learning mathematics between the experimental and control groups, which is attributed to the different instructional treatments-where the experimental group used the TGT model assisted by Mathopoly media, while the control group did not. This research uses Research and Development (R&amp;D) method with ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The participants involved 120 elementary school students from grades 4-6 and 12 Indonesian language teachers from 3 different schools in Pontianak. Data collection instruments include learning achievement tests, learning motivation questionnaires, and observation sheets. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test, questionnaires, interviews, and direct observation. Data analysis used descriptive statistical techniques and t-tests to measure effectiveness. The results showed that the blended learning model with AI support significantly improved students' Indonesian language learning outcomes by 28.5% compared to conventional learning methods. Students showed increased motivation (85.6%) and better digital literacy skills (78.9%). AI features such as adaptive learning, automatic assessment, and personalized feedback proved effective in supporting individualized learning. The type of research used is quasy experimental research using Nonequivalent control group design. The type of data used is quantitative data, namely using test instruments and questionnaire sheets. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, Fcount&gt; Ftable and sign value &lt;0.000. The N-Gain test on the experimental class test sheet of 72.81% is included in the moderately effective category and in the control class of 39.94% is included in the ineffective category. In the N-Gain test, the experimental class questionnaire sheet of 63.21% was included in the moderately effective category. While the N-Gain score of the control class of 50.22% is included in the less effective category. Based on the results of the textbook validation test from three textbook experts, it was declared feasible. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The subject of this research is a high class teacher. The instrument for this research is the researcher himself using observation sheets, interview sheets and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles, Huberman and Saldana interactive model which consists of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques through technical triangulation and member checking. The research results show that overall, the knowledge of high class teachers is quite good where the teachers are able to answer the 6 aspects assessed by researchers through the 3 national mandatory songs. Especially in terms of the meaning of the national mandatory song, the message contained in the song, and its implementation in students' daily lives. However, the teacher has not been able to answer questions regarding the names of figures or composers of national obligatory songs. As for getting used to singing the national obligatory song, this program has not run optimally. Where the habit should be carried out every day, </em><em>but currently the habit of singing mandatory songs is only done when there is material related to national mandatory songs or singing activities such as PPKn</em> <em>and SBdP. Apart from that, in practice the teacher does not strengthen the students' character by conveying the meaning contained in the national obligatory song and only invites them to sing the obligatory song. This research is a qualitative research, the data analyzed in this study are data from interviews and direct observations regarding the values of politeness in the language identified and internalized in the extracurricular activities of traditional neural anam art, as well as the value of language politeness which is actualized in the daily behavior of students at MIN 1 Bengkulu. center is based on Leech's (1993) language politeness principle. The results showed that the principles of politeness identified in the extracurricular activities of traditional neural anam art at MIN 1 Bengkulu Tengah are the maxim of wisdom, maxim of generosity, maxim of praise, maxim of humility and maxim of agreement. The process of internalizing the value of language politeness in students is carried out through habituation and exemplary behavior from both the teacher and the students themselves. Pedagogically, challenges arise from the gap in teachers’ competencies in dealing with digital-native learners who demand interactive, collaborative, and creative learning experiences. From a socio-cultural standpoint, globalization and technological advancement create a paradox—on the one hand, they expand access to information, but on the other hand, they can weaken local cultural identity and widen regional disparities. Psychologically, elementary students face pressures from academic demands, limited emotional support, and the negative effects of excessive gadget use. To address these issues, a differentiated teaching approach serves as a strategic alternative that aligns learning processes with students’ readiness, interests, and learning profiles. Through the integration of Lower Order Thinking Skills (LOTs) and Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTs), this approach not only strengthens cognitive competence but also fosters students’ critical, creative, and reflective thinking in accordance with 21st-century learning demands. Based on the research results, it was found that the difference in pretest and posttest scores showed an improvement in the science process skills of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 126 Rejang Lebong, with an average pretest score of 55 and an average posttest score of 85.25, and the N-Gain Score test results also showed an average of 83.85, categorized as high. This study aims to systematically analyze the literature discussing the development of interactive science learning media and materials in elementary schools relevant to the enhancement of 21st century skills. The research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method consisting of identification, selection, analysis, and synthesis stages of scientific articles published between 2018 and 2024. Data sources were obtained from national and international databases such as Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Garuda. The findings indicate that the development of digital-based interactive media—such as Articulate Storyline, Educandy, Augmented Reality, and virtual laboratories—has a positive impact on students’ conceptual understanding, learning motivation, and scientific literacy. Furthermore, science materials designed using contextual and problem-based approaches were found to be effective in integrating 21st century skills. The main challenges identified include limited teacher competence in technology use, unequal digital infrastructure, and the lack of comprehensive evaluations based on 21st century competencies.
