Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program latihan mental atlet taekwondo pada Dojang Jaguar Squad Bengkulu. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model evaluasi CIPP. Teknik dan Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah observasi, kuesioner,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kategori tingkatan presentase. Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 30 atlet dan 2 pelatih. Hasil penelitian persentase evaluasi terhadap Context 90% dengan kategori baik sekali, persentase evaluasi terhadap Input 82% dengan kategori baik sekali, persentase evaluasi terhadap Process 85%, dengan kategori baik sekali, persentase evaluasi terhadap Product 79% dengan kategori baik sekali. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan pelaksanaan program latihan mental atlet taekwondo pada Dojang Jaguar Squad Bengkulu tergolong baik sekali.
