Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan metode pre-eksperimen. Terbagi menjadi tiga tahap, yaitu pretest, pemberian perlakuan (treatment), dan posttest. Desain penelitian One group pretest-posttest design. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan total sampling dengan kreteria yang ditentukan berjumlah 20 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan IBM SPSS 25. Hasil analisis uji t memiliki hasil tendangan yang lebih baik dari pada sebelum diberikan perlakuan. uji t paired sample t-test didapat nilai t-hitung sebesar 9.772 lebih besar dari t-tabel sebesar 1.729, dengan nilai probabilitas sig (2-tailed) 0.000 lebih kecil = 0.005 yang berarti signifikan, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variasi latihan Resistance Band terhadap kecepatan tendangan T atlet pencak silat PSHT Ranting Bermani Ulu Raya.</p> <p><strong><em>Abstr</em></strong><strong><em>act</em></strong></p> <p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of Resistance band training variationson the speed of T kicks in Pencak Silat athletes of the Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Ranting Bermani Ulu Raya. This type of research is quantitative, using a pre-experimental method. Divided into three stages, namely pretest, treatment, and posttest. The research design applied is One group pretest-posttest design. The sample was determined using total sampling with the specified criteria of 20 people. Data analysis was carried out with the help of IBM SPSS 25. The results of the t-test analysis have better kick results than before being given treatment. t-test, the t-count value of 9,772 was greater than the t-table of 1,729, with a probability value of sig (2-tailed) 0.000 smaller = 0.005 which means significant, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Sebanyak 243 responden berusia 10–13 tahun menyelesaikan <em>Physical Activity Enjoyment Scale </em>(PACES) dan <em>Exercise Self-Efficacy Scale </em>versi bahasa Indonesia yang telah divalidasi. Uji-t sampel independen menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak dan praremaja yang berpartisipasi dalam klub bola voli melaporkan tingkat kegembiraan yang secara signifikan lebih tinggi (rerata = 89,25) dibandingkan anak-anak dan praremaja yang berpartisipasi dalam klub renang (rerata = 71,67), sedangkan anak- anak dan praremaja yang berpartisipasi dalam klub renang menunjukkan efikasi berlatih yang lebih tinggi (rerata = 30,86) dibandingkan anak-anak dan praremaja yang berpartisipasi dalam klub bola voli (rerata = 25,28). Analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kegembiraan dan komitmen (r = -0,243, p &lt; .01). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa karakteristik sosial dan struktur cabang olahraga (kelompok versus individu) dapat membentuk hasil psikologis yang berbeda. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini dibahas untuk pelatih dan perancang program olahraga yang ingin mengoptimalkan pengalaman olahraga bagi anak-anak dan remaja.</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong><em>Abstr</em></strong><strong><em>act</em></strong></p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><em style="font-weight: 400;">This study examined differences in exercise enjoyment and exercise efficacy among children and pre-adolescents participating in volleyball and swimming clubs. A total of 243 respondents aged 10–13 years completed validated Indonesian versions of the Physical Activity Enjoyment Scale (PACES) and the Exercise Self-Efficacy Scale. Independent samples t-tests showed that children and pre-adolescents participating in volleyball clubs reported significantly higher levels of exercise enjoyment (mean = 89.25) than children and pre-adolescents participating in swimming clubs (mean = 71.67), while children and pre-adolescents participating in swimming clubs reported higher exercise efficacy (mean = 30.86) than children and pre-adolescents participating in volleyball clubs (mean = 25.28). Pearson correlation analysis revealed a significant negative relationship between enjoyment and commitment (r = -0.243, p &lt; .01). These findings indicate that the social characteristics and structure of the sport (group versus individual) may shape different psychological outcomes. Masalah yang terjadi pada Atlet Pencak Silat Kota Bengkulu adalah belum dilakukan penelitian secara khusus mengenai jenis cedera dan penyebab yang paling sering dialami. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 100 Atlet Pencak Silat Kota Bengkulu yang kemudian diambil sampelnya sebanyak 80 atlet. Data pada penelitian diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data ditemukan bahwa jenis cedera yang paling banyak dialami oleh atlet pencak silat Kota Bengkulu adalah cedera ringan dengan persentase mencapai 50,99%. Dalam hal ini, cedera memar sebagai salah satu jenis cedera ringan menjadi jenis cedera yang paling sering dialami oleh atlet pencak silat Kota Bengkulu dengan persentase sebanyak 63,47%. Lebih lanjut, penyebab cedera internal violence menjadi faktor yang paling sering menyebabkan cedera pada atlet pencak silat Kota Bengkulu persentase sebanyak 46,94%.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Kata Kunci : Atlet, Jenis Cedera, Pencak Silat, Penyebab Cedera.</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p> <p><em>This study aims to determine the types of injuries and causes of injuries in Pencak Silat Athletes in Bengkulu City. The problem that occurs in Pencak Silat Athletes in Bengkulu City is that there has been no specific research on the types of injuries and causes that are most often experienced. The type of research applied in this study is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in the study was 100 Pencak Silat Athletes in Bengkulu City, which were then sampled as many as 80 athletes. Data in the study were obtained using a questionnaire. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the type of injury most often experienced by Pencak Silat athletes in Bengkulu City was minor injuries with a percentage reaching 50.99%. In this case, bruises as one type of minor injury are the most common type of injury experienced by Pencak Silat athletes in Bengkulu City with a percentage of 63.47%. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pengamatan awal yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa perempuan lebih sering menggunakan <em>gadget</em> daripada melakukan aktivitas fisik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Data diperoleh melalui angket penggunaan <em>gadget</em> dan tes kebugaran jasmani (lari 12 menit Cooper Test) terhadap 36 siswa perempuan kelas X. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas, linearitas, dan korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara penggunaan <em>gadget</em> dengan kebugaran jasmani siswa (r = -0,637; p &lt; 0,05). Artinya, semakin tinggi intensitas penggunaan <em>gadget</em>, semakin rendah tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disarankan agar siswa mengurangi waktu penggunaan <em>gadget</em> yang berlebihan dan lebih aktif dalam aktivitas fisik untuk menjaga kebugaran jasmani.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong></p> <p><em>This study aims to analyze the relationship between gadget use and the physical fitness level of tenth-grade students at SMKN 1 Bengkulu City. The research was motivated by initial observations indicating that female students tend to use gadgets more frequently than engaging in physical activity. The study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational method. Data were collected through a gadget usage questionnaire and a 12-minute run test (Cooper Test) involving 36 female students. Data analysis included normality, homogeneity, linearity, and Pearson correlation tests. The results revealed a significant negative correlation between gadget use and students' physical fitness (r = -0.637; p &lt; 0.05), indicating that higher gadget usage is associated with lower physical fitness. Aktivitas fisik terbukti dapat meningkatkan aliran darah ke otak, memicu pelepasan hormon yang mendukung suasana hati dan fokus, serta membantu mengurangi stres dan kelelahan mental. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Hubungan antara Kebugaran Jasmani TKSI terhadap Tingkat Konsentrasi pada siswa SD Negeri Telaga Biru 7. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa kebugaran jasmani tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat konsentrasi siswa, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,251 (&gt; 0,05). Artinya, peningkatan kebugaran jasmani tidak secara langsung diikuti oleh peningkatan konsentrasi belajar siswa. Hasil uji simultan (uji F) juga menunjukkan bahwa kebugaran jasmani tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat konsentrasi siswa, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,251 (&gt; 0,05). Hal ini menandakan bahwa kebugaran jasmani bukanlah faktor dominan yang menentukan konsentrasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,040, yang berarti hanya 4% variasi perubahan konsentrasi siswa dapat dijelaskan oleh kebugaran jasmani, sedangkan 96% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini, seperti motivasi belajar, minat, metode pengajaran, maupun lingkungan belajar.</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong><em>Abstr</em></strong><strong><em>act</em></strong></p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Good physical fitness is known to have a positive impact on brain function, including thinking power, memory, and concentration. Physical activity has been shown to increase blood flow to the brain, trigger the release of hormones that support mood and focus, and help reduce stress and mental fatigue. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between TKSI Physical Fitness and Concentration Levels in students of Telaga Biru 7 Elementary School. A quantitative approach with a correlational method. The results of the partial test (t-test) showed that physical fitness did not have a significant effect on students' concentration levels, with a significance value of 0.251 (&gt; 0.05). This means that increasing physical fitness is not directly followed by an increase in students' learning concentration. The results of the simultaneous test (F-test) also showed that physical fitness did not have a significant effect on students' concentration levels, with a significance value of 0.251 (&gt; 0.05). This indicates that physical fitness is not a dominant factor that determines students' concentration in the learning process.
