Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain <em>one group pretest-posttest</em>, melibatkan 15 siswa sebagai subjek. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa tes keterampilan <em>free throw</em>yang dilaksanakan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Perlakuan diberikan dalam bentuk program latihan otot lengan yang terdiri dari <em>push-up, diamond push-up, chin-up, shoulder taps,</em> dan <em>decline push-up</em>, dilakukan selama 12 sesi (2 sesi untuk <em>pretest</em> dan <em>posttest</em>, serta 10 sesi perlakuan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada kemampuan <em>free throw</em>. Rata-rata skor <em>pretest</em> sebesar 20,40 meningkat menjadi 35,33 pada <em>posttest</em>. Analisis data menggunakan uji <em>Paired T-test</em> menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (&lt;0,05), yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang nyata dari program latihan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan <em>free throw</em>. Latihan otot lengan secara terstruktur terbukti mampu meningkatkan kekuatan, stabilitas, dan koordinasi otot, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap performa <em>free throw</em>. Disarankan agar pelatih bola basket mengintegrasikan variasi latihan ini dalam program rutin, serta mendorong siswa untuk melakukan latihan secara mandiri guna menunjang peningkatan kemampuan bermain bola basket<br /></span></div> <div> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong><em>Abstr</em></strong><strong><em>act</em></strong></p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>This study aims to analyze the effect of arm muscle training variations on basic free throw skills among basketball extracurricular students at SMK Negeri 3 Karawang. The research employed an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 15 student participants. Data were collected through free throw skill tests conducted before and after the treatment. The treatment consisted of an arm muscle training program including push-ups, diamond push-ups, chin-ups, shoulder taps, and decline push-ups, carried out over 12 sessions (2 sessions for pretest and posttest, and 10 treatment sessions). The results showed a significant improvement in free throw performance, with the average score increasing from 20.40 (pretest) to 35.33 (posttest). Data analysis using a Paired T-test revealed a significance value of 0.000 (&lt;0.05), indicating a statistically significant effect of the training program on free throw skills. Structured arm muscle exercises were proven to enhance strength, stability, and muscle coordination, which positively influenced free throw performance. Dalam pembelajaran sepak bola banyak siswa yang merasa kurang tertarik dan kesulitan dalam memahami teknik-teknik dasar yang diajarkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan penerapan 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa sekolah dasar Sumberejo 2 dengan jumlah yaitu 30 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil siklus I yaitu 19 siswa (63,33%) dinyatakan tuntas, sedangkan siklus II diperoleh 26 siswa (86,67%). Sehingga kesimpulannya yaitu metode <em>fun game</em> terbukti efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar yang menyenangkan dan mendorong siswa untuk lebih aktif berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan olahraga sepakbola. Dengan demikian, metode <em>fun game</em> dapat dijadikan alternatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sepak bola di tingkat Sekolah Dasar.</p> <p><strong><em>Abstr</em></strong><strong><em>act</em></strong></p> <p><em>This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of soccer in elementary school students of Sumberejo 2 through the application of the fun game method. In learning soccer, many students feel less interested and have difficulty in understanding the basic techniques taught. The research method used is Classroom Action Research with the application of 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were elementary school students of Sumberejo 2 with a total of 30 students. The results of the study showed that the results of cycle I, namely 19 students (63.33%) were declared complete, while cycle II obtained 26 students (86.67%). So the conclusion is that the fun game method has proven to be effective in improving enjoyable learning outcomes and encouraging students to be more active in participating in soccer sports activities. Kecepatan reaksi visual merupakan faktor kunci dalam pengambilan keputusan yang cepat di lapangan sepak bola, seperti merespons pergerakan bola atau lawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan desain <em>pre-test</em> dan <em>post-test</em>. Sebelum mengikuti program latihan, waktu reaksi visual atlet diukur menggunakan <em>reaction time test</em> yang melibatkan stimulus visual berupa cahaya atau pergerakan objek yang harus segera direspons. Program latihan dilakukan selama empat minggu dengan variasi kecepatan dan jenis stimulus visual, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan atlet dalam merespons stimulus dengan lebih cepat. Setelah program latihan selesai, dilakukan <em>post-test</em> untuk mengukur perubahan waktu reaksi atlet. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji t untuk membandingkan perbedaan waktu reaksi sebelum dan setelah latihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kecepatan reaksi visual atlet sepak bola Persik Kendal setelah menjalani program latihan ini. Peningkatan waktu reaksi visual ini diharapkan dapat berdampak pada peningkatan performa di lapangan, khususnya dalam hal pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan tepat.</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong><em>Abstr</em></strong><strong><em>act</em></strong></p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><em style="font-weight: 400;">This study aims to test the application of the reaction time test training method to improve visual reaction speed in Persik Kendal soccer athletes. Visual speed is a key factor in making quick decisions on the soccer field, such as reacting to the movement of the ball or opponents. The method used in this study is an experiment with a pre-test and post-test design. Before following the training program, the visual reaction time of athletes was measured using a react time test involving visual stimuli in the form of light or object movement that must be responded to immediately. The training program was carried out for four weeks with variations in speed and type of visual stimulus, aiming to improve athletes' ability to respond to stimuli more quickly. After the training program was completed, a post-test was conducted to measure changes in athletes' reaction time. The data obtained were analyzed using a t-test to compare the difference in reaction time before and after training. The results showed a significant increase in the visual reaction speed of Persik Kendal soccer athletes after undergoing this training program. Penelitian ini menggunakan tes untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh siswa memahami materi meroda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX-D MTs Negeri 6 Muaro Jambi. Teknik analisis data melalui uji prasyarat normalitas Shapiro-wilk dan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji <em>Paired Sample T test</em>. Hasil uji normalitas diperoleh nilai signifikasi siklus I dan II sebesar 0,061 dan 0,173 yang menunjukkan data terdistribusi normal karena nilai ssignifikasi lebih dari 0,05 (&gt;0,05). Hasil uji coba <em>Paired Sample T test</em> diperoleh nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 (&lt;0,05) yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara sebelun dan sesudah menggunakan media permainan. Media permainan dapat meningkatkan teknik meroda dan memberikan motivasi untuk siswa yang belum memahami materi meroda.</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong><em>Abstr</em></strong><strong><em>act</em></strong></p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of class IX students of MTs Negeri 6 Muaro Jambi in learning floor gymnastics on cartwheel material. This study used a test to determine how far students understand the cartwheel material. The sample in this study was class IX-D students of MTs Negeri 6 Muaro Jambi. The data analysis technique was through the Shapiro-Wilk normality prerequisite test and then continued with the Paired Sample T test. The results of the normality test obtained a significance value of cycles I and II of 0.061 and 0.173 which showed that the data was normally distributed because the significance value was more than 0.05 (&gt; 0.05). The results of the Paired Sample T test trial obtained a significance value of 0.000 (&lt;0.05) which showed a significant difference between before and after using game media. Instrumen yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu <em>Bleep Test. </em>Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 18 atlet yang merupakan keseluruhan sampel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan atlet atletik nomor lari di Kabupaten Bone Bolango, Provinsi Gorontalo. Hasilnya, kedua metode latihan berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan daya tahan kardiovaskular atlet, dengan kelompok <em>Alternating Foot Skipping</em> menunjukkan peningkatan lebih banyak ke kategori Sangat Baik dibandingkan <em>Basic Skipping</em>. Namun, berdasarkan uji statistik, </span><span lang="SV">tidak ada bukti yang cukup untuk menyatakan bahwa salah satu latihan lebih efektif dibandingkan yang lain dalam meningkatkan daya tahan kardiovaskular, </span><span lang="EN-US">Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua variasi latihan dapat diterapkan dalam program pelatihan untuk atlet lari, namun pilihan latihan sebaiknya disesuaikan dengan preferensi dan tujuan spesifik atlet untuk mencapai hasil optimal agar dapat menyasar pula ke hal-hal dominan untuk nomor lari.</span></div> </div> <div> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong><em>Abstr</em></strong><strong><em>act</em></strong></p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><em style="font-weight: 400;">This study aims to compare two variations of the skipping training method, namely basic foot skipping and alternating foot skipping. The quasi-experimental research method was used in this study and is quantitative. The instrument used in this study was the Bleep Test. The population in this study was 18 athletes who were the entire sample. The population in this study were athletic athletes in the running category in Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province. As a result, both training methods contributed to increasing the cardiovascular endurance of athletes, with the Alternating Foot Skipping group showing a greater increase to the Very Good category compared to Basic Skipping. However, based on statistical tests, there is insufficient evidence to state that one exercise is more effective than the other in increasing cardiovascular endurance.
