<p>This study aims to describe the application of the number heads together (NHT) cooperative learning model and to describe the effectiveness of the number heads together (NHT) type of cooperative learning to increase the creativity and learning achievement of Indonesian class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Kikim Timur Lahat. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (PTK) and quasi-experimental. The research subjects were students of class XI IPS 3 semester Two of the 2020/2021 academic year of SMA Negeri 1 Kikim Timur Lahat. The quasi-experimental sample was class XI IPS 2 and class XI IPS 1. The number of students for the PTK class was 31 students, for the Experiment class there were 30 students, and for the control class there were 30 students. The data collection method in this study used an observation sheet for the implementation of the Cooperative Learning Model Type number heads together (NHT), an observation sheet for increasing creativity, and a test of learning outcomes. The data analysis used tests which consisted of different tests between cycles and different tests of two unrelated samples. The results showed that the application of the number heads together (NHT) cooperative learning model could increase the creativity and learning achievement of Indonesian class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Kikim Timur Lahat and effectively improve student learning outcomes in Indonesian subjects.</p>Riniati

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to describe the application of the demonstration method to improve concentration and mathematical intelligence of early childhood logistics group B RA Al-Ikhlas Kandang Limun, Bengkulu City. This study used Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out in 3 cycles and continued with a quasi-experimental class with a sample population of 11 children. The subjects of this study were group B children in RA Al-Ikhlas Kandang Limun, Bengkulu City, totaling 11 children. The data collection technique used a child's observation sheet about concentration and logical-mathematical intelligence. Data analysis used research mean (mean) and t-test. The results of the study prove that through the application of the demonstration method can significantly increase the concentration and logical mathematical intelligence of children in cycles 1, 2, and 3. <p><em>This research aims to describe the Inquiry learning model which can improve the writing skills, the learning achievement and the effectiveness of the application of the Inquiry learning model which can improve the learning achievement of grade VII students of MTs Negeri 1 Pagaralam. The types of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) and quasi- experiments, The method used in this study was a mixed method research which is a combination of action research and experimental research The stages of the research carried out were 1) Planning Stage, 2) Implementation Stage, 3) Observation Stage, 4) Reflection Stage. The subjects of this research were students of class VII MTs Negeri 1 Pagaralam in semester 2 of the 2020/ 2021 academic year. The number of students for the CAR class is 32 people, for the Experiment class 33 people, and for the Control class 31 people. The data collection method in this research used the Inquiry learning model observation sheet, observation sheet on students' writing skills and learning outcomes tests. The data analysis used an average score and a test which consisted of a different test between cycles and a two-sample difference test that was not related. <p><em>This study aims to describe the application of managerial supervision to improve the performance of madrasah principals in the field of learning and student management at MTs Kota Pagaralam. The research method used is School Action Research conducted by madrasad supervisors. The subjects of this study were the Head of MTs Negeri 1 Pagaralam, Head of MTs GUPPI, Head of MTs YPI and Head of MTs Al-Azhar. The technique of collecting data is through observation, interviews, and documentation studies, while the analysis and interpretation of data uses a tracking process and systematic arrangement of interview transcripts, field notes, and other materials collected and to check the veracity of the data the researchers use triangulation by comparing them to data from another source. The results showed that the application of managerial supervision to improve the performance of school principals in the field of learning and student management at MTs Negeri 1 Pagaralam got a very good category. good, namely the Head of GUPPI Pagaralam was able to show evidence of complete and quite convincing performance, MTs YPI Pagaralam got a good category, namely the Head of YPI Pagaralam was able to show evidence of complete and quite convincing performance, and MTs Al-Azhar Pagaralam got a good category, namely Head Al-Azhar Pagaralam was able to show evidence of complete and quite convincing performance. In this study, the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method was used and continued with experimental research. The subjects of this study were X grade students of the Automotive Engineering Skills Competency at SMKN 4 Bengkulu City. The data collection techniques used in the study were the observation sheet and the student test method. The data analysis used values were (1) analysis of the ability to think initiative, (2) analysis of the pre-test and post-test, (3) analysis of the t test of student learning achievement. The material validation instrument and students' initiative thinking in the study used was the likert scale model. Therefore, the application of the discovery learning model needs to be done to increase students' self-confidence and the discovery learning model is able to improve student achievement, this is evident from the increase in the pre-test to post-test scores in each cycle. The problem formulation in this research are 1) Can applying quantum learning improve students’ creativity at fifth graders in SD Negeri 1 Pagar Alam? 2) Can applying quantum learning improve students’ learning achievement on science lesson at fifth graders in SD Negeri 1 Pagar Alam? 3) How effective quantum learning improve students’ learning achievement on science lesson at fifth graders in SD Negeri 1 Pagar Alam? The aims of this study to describe the application of Quantum Learning model to improve students’ creavity and learning achievement in science subject at fifth graders at SD Negeri 1 Pagar Alam. The research design used classroom action research and quasi-experimental. The research subjects were fifth C graders of SD Negeri 1 Pagar Alam year 2021/2022. The quasi-experimental sample is fifth A and fifth B graders of SD Negeri 1 Pagar Alam. The research instrument observation sheets and test. The research data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, mean, percentage, and t-test. The results showed the observation by observer 1 and 2 toward students’ creativity, is obtained the mean score in cycle I is 2,25 with category “less”. In the cycle II is with category “good” and students’ creativity in cycle III is 3,59 with category “excellent”. Creativity improving is followed by increasing the students’ learning achievement from cycle I to cycle III. And the t-test between experimental and control class is obtained t-count > t-tabel (3,163 > 2,000). <p>In the era of globalization, it seems that learning programs have not been able to provide satisfactory results where students focus more passively on learning activities, this is due to the monotonous way of learning that is only receiving from a teacher and at the end of the lesson there is less emphasis on concluding learning. So that problems arise in learning such as tense and boring classes which ultimately affect student learning result. This study aimed at knowing the increase of students’ learning accuracy, students’ achievement and describing the effectiveness of the application of the cooperative type script learning model in the subjects of <em>Akidah Akhlak</em> of Grade X IPS students at MAN 1 Pagaralam. The research method used was School Action Research and Quasi-Experimental. The subjects of this study were 36 students of Grade X IPS students of MAN 1 Pagaralam. Data collection techniques were through observation, documentation studies, questionnaires and test questions, while data analysis and interpretation was carried out by tracking processes, field notes, other materials and Different Tests (t-test) of Quasi-Experimental Research (Wilcoxon). The results showed that the application of the cooperative type script learning model can improve the students’ learning accuracy and learning achievement in the very good category, and the cooperative type script learning model in the <em>Akidah Akhlak</em> subject was more effective in increasing the accuracy of learning and students’ achievement compared to conventional methods, so that there was a significant difference in the results of learning accuracy and students’ achievement before and after the implementation of the cooperative type script learning model. The application of this learning model encouraged the change in perception to meet the demands of active, creative, effective, fun, innovative, happy and quality learning.</p>Solihantri

The type of research is Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) with 4 phase, namely Action Planning, Action Implementation, Observation and Reflection. This research was done in 3 cycles, namely Cycle I, Cycle II and Cycle III. The population in this study amount 190 students of VII grade at MTs Negeri 1 Pagar Alam. This research using total sampling method by making the entire population into a sample. 26 students of VII grade at MTs Negeri 1 Pagar Alam acts as an action class. Data collection techniques using observation sheets and tests. Based on observations from the observers, there was an increase in each cycle starting from cycle I, cycle II and cycle III both in aspects of teacher learning activities and aspects of student cooperation. <p><em>The study aims to describe the model problem based learning can increase students’ critical thinking ability and learning performance at an eight-grade Math course at MTs Al-Azhar Pagaralam, and the effectiveness of the model problem based learning can improve students’ learning performance. The study is a class action study performed int three cycles then followed by mastering the experiment. Each cycle consists of four stages of planing, action, observation, and reflection. The Subject of this study is the VIII grader at MTs Al-Azhar Pagaralam of the year 2021/2022. Data collection techniques via observation and testing. <p><em>This study aims to: 1) Describe the implementation of appropriate group guidance to increase students' self-confidence in mathematics subjects in class XI IPS SMA N 5 Kerinci, 2) Describe the implementation of group guidance to improve student achievement in mathematics subjects in class XI IPS SMA N 5 Kerinci, and 3) Describe the effectiveness of the implementation of group guidance to increase students' Learning Achievement in the mathematics subject of class XI IPS SMA N 5 Kerinci. The subjects of this study were students of XI IPS SMA N 5 Kerinci. The research method uses classroom action research (Classroom Action Research) and quasi-experimental (Quasi Experiment). Data collection techniques used in the study were observation sheets and test methods. Analysis of the data used values are: 1) analysis of student confidence, 2) analysis of pre-test and post-test, 3) analysis of t-test student achievement. Based on the research results obtained: 1) The implementation of group guidance can increase the self-confidence of students in class XI Social Sciences SMA Negeri 5 Kerinci which is carried out in 4 stages, 2) The application of group guidance can improve student achievement in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 5 Kerinci, and 3) The implementation of group guidance can effectively increase the confidence and learning achievement of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 5 Kerinci. <p>This study aims to describe the influence of the lectora inspire media on the learning achievement of students in mathematics learning about measuring the angle of class IV public elementary school number 2 Pagaralam. This study used a Quasi Experimental Design method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study amounted to 41 students of class IV, with a sample of class IV A which was taken using the proportion sampling technique. The instruments used in this study were tests. The data analysis used in this research is normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. <p><em>The purpose of this study is to</em><em> describe the effectiveness of the application of the Experiential Learning model to increase the </em><em> Speaking Ability and </em><em>Student Achievement</em><em>. This research has been carried out with an experimental model of classroom action research at SMP </em><em>Negeri 6 Lahat</em><em>. </em><em>of English subjects in class VIII . The research method</em> <em>used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) and quasi-experiments. The subjects of this study were eighth grade students of SMP Neger 6 Lahat in the second semester of the 2020/2021 school year. The number of students for the PTK class was 20 people, for the experimental class there were 20 people, and for the control class there were 20 people. Data collection methods in this study used the observation sheet Experiential Learning model, Speaking </em><em> </em><em> observation sheet, and English outcomes test. Data</em> <em>analysis using analysis of average scores and tests consisting of different</em> <em>tests between cycles and different tests of two samples that are not related</em> <em>.From the results of the study show that the application of the Experiential</em> <em>Learning model can increase speaking English and outcomes in subjects in class VIII</em> <em>of </em><em> </em><em>SMP </em><em> </em><em>Negeri</em> <em> 6 </em><em> </em><em>Lahat. </em><em>This research was conducted in three cycles to determine that the application of Experiential Learning improved students' speaking ability and student achievement results from the first cycle to the third cycle. This proves that the application of the </em><em>Experiential</em><em> Learning Model not only improves students' speaking ability but also increases understanding of the material and this has the impact of increasing student Student Achievement results. The technique of taking PTK by means of observation and tests, while the experimental class only tested the simulation learning model. Data analysis used the t-test. Based on the data analysis of this study, it was found that there were differences in the learning model that used </em><em>Experiential</em><em> Learning to increase Speaking Ability by 73% and student Student Achievement increased by 95% in English Learning.</em></p>Sabaruddin

<p><em>The purpose of this research was to describe the application of direct learning model assisted by video media in order to improve students' motivation and learning achievement. Classroom action research and quasi-experimental methods. The subjects of this research were 30 students of class X TO5 of SMKN 4 Bengkulu City, while the population and samples were the students of class X TO4 as the experimental class and the students of class X TO 3 as the control class. This research used a total sample with the observation method, observation sheets on teacher’s activities in applying the direct learning and questionnaire sheets to measure the students’ motivation and a test of bottom passing skills in volleyball games to measure the students’ achievement. The obtained data were analyzed based on the type of data in which qualitative data were analyzed quantitatively by using SPSS, they were paired sample t test and independent sample. Based on the results of the research which has been carried out in three cycles, it was known that the application of the direct learning model with the video media assistance could increase students' motivation and learning achievement in PJOK subjects. <p><em>This study aims to find out how to plan, organize, implement and evaluate the cooperation program with DUDIKA, especially the Field Work Practice program. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods, interview observations and documentation. The research subjects were the Principal, Deputy Principal for Curriculum, Deputy Principal for Quality Assurance, Vocational Maple Teachers, and one of DUDIKA is PT. POS Pagar Alam City . Data analysis is to perform data reduction, data presentation and conclusions and verification. The results of the research that has been done at SMK Muhammadiyah and PT. POS Kota Pagar Alam has several research findings, such as (1) Planning of industrial work practice activities for DUDIKA is based on synchronizing joint curriculum, making MoU between schools and DUDIKA, student readiness planning (competency mapping), and placement planning (DUDIKA place mapping). in accordance with the competence of students required by DUDIKA. (2) Organizing the industrial work practice activity program by dividing the organizational structure and division of labor, as well as placing students in each DUDIKA. (3) The implementation of the industrial work practice program for DUDIKA is carried out flexibly in accordance with the policies of each school. By conducting training, direct industrial work practices, as well as recruiting students who meet DUDIKA's needs. <p><em>This study was conducted to increase students participation and learning achievement on English subject for eleventh grade students and to describe the effectiveness of cooperative learning Think Pair and Share in improving students achievement. The research design used was classroom action research and quasi-experimental research. The population of this study was the 11<sup>th</sup> grade students of SMK Negeri 2 Pagar Alam Academic Year 2021/2022. The sample for the classroom action research was the eleventh grade students majoring in hospitality 2 (XI AP2). The sample for quasi-experimental research was 11<sup>th</sup> grade students majoring in office management automation (XI OTKP2) and the sample for control class was the 11<sup>th</sup> grade students majoring in hospitality 1 (XI AP1). The research instrument used was observation sheets and tests. The research data then were analyzed using descriptive statistics, mean, percentage and t-test. The result of the study show that the application of cooperative learning model Think Pair and Share could increase students’ participation and learning achievement and the application of cooperative learning model Think Pair and Share is effective in improving students achievement of the eleventh grade students of SMK Negeri 2 Pagar Alam.</em></p>Ester Sandrestika

<p><em>This study aims to increase the attitude of tolerance and learning achievement of students in the science subjects of class VIII SMP Negeri 8 Pagar Alam. The types of research used are Classroom Action Research (CAR) and Quasi-Experimental Research. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII SMP Neeri 8 Pagar Alam. The sample of PTK class is class VIII.A, the sample of the experimental class is class VIII.C and the sample of the control class is class VIII.B. The data collection technique used in this study was an observation assessment sheet and student test results. The data in this study were then analyzed using mean, percentage and t-test. <p><em>T</em><em>hi</em><em>s study aims to see the effect of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on design skills and student achievement of SMK Negeri 4 in Bengkulu City. The type of research conducted is quantitative research with quasi-experimental research methods (quasi-experimental), the research design used is quasi- experimental. The population in this study were students of SMKN 4 in Bengkulu City in class XI of Software Engineering (RPL) expertise. The sample used by the author is probability sampling XI RPL 1 and XI RPL 2. Testing the hypothesis using two-way ANOVA analysis and t-test. Based on the analysis obtained, it can be concluded that (1) the learning achievement of the group of students who use the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model is higher than the students who use the conventional learning model, (2) the learning design skills of students who use the Project Based Learning learning model (PjBL) is higher than the group of students who use conventional learning models. <p><em>The research objective was to describe the application of the role playing method to improve the creativity and speaking skills of group B children in PAUD RA. Kartini Pondok Kelapa, Central Bengkulu Regency. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK). Research subjects at the PTK were 15 children of group B PAUD RA. Kartini Pondok Kelapa, Central Bengkulu Regency. The data collection technique used was observation. The PTK data analysis technique used the average value formula, for the PTK data analysis the significance t-test was used. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the role playing method can significantly improve children's creativity and speaking skills.
