Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

  1. The manuscript fits the Aims and Scope of Jurnal Inersia.
  2. The research is original and has not been published previously.
  3. The submission file is in Microsoft Word file format, following the author guideline and article template.
  4. The text is written in good English or Indonesian.
  5. An ethical statement is required for experiments involving under-aged humans or animals.
  6. All relevant and update references should be provided in the reference list. Where available, URLs or DOIs for the references must be provided, and try to use the most up-to-date references.
  7. Authors are bound to our plagiarism policy, thus considerations should be done prior to submitting the article. In any circumstances that Jurnal Inersia finds that an article has been published elsewhere and identical to the one published in Jurnal Inersia we will retract the article and notify the author.
  8. Authors are discouraged from withdrawing submitted manuscripts after it is in the publication process (review, copyedit, layout, etc.,). During the time, Jurnal Inersia has spent valuable time and resources in the process. Should under any circumstances that the author(s) still request for a withdrawal, the author(s) should pay a withdrawal fee of US$ 100.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
