KINERJA ORGANISASI KANTOR KELURAHAN KEMUMU KECAMATAN ARMA JAYA KABUPATEN BENGKULU UTARA

Abstract

This research entitled Performance Organization Kemumu Sub District Arma jaya North Bengkulu Regency. The type of research used is the type of qualitative descriptive research that is the type of research that is not merely describing the state of the object or the problem of research, but also to analyze the data obtained. Methods used Qualitative descriptive method, used because the data obtained from the field is qualitative sourced from interviews and review of written documents related to the problems studied. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews, documentation and field observation. Organizational Performance on Head of Sub-District Government of Kemumu Sub-District of Arma Jaya Sub-Province of North Bengkulu, service related to Population Administration, Making Inadequate Notice and making good behavior certificate (SKCK) and making business description. Performance seen from aspect Productivity in work and give service to citizen society can be achieved in accordance with what is expected by society, Quality of Service is good because supported by adequate facilities although still need addition of supporting facilities again, Responsiveness is not good because there is still a person who behaves badly in providing services such as colleagues or relatives who take precedence and Accountability taken is good, because every policy is made for the benefit of society and not against the interests of society.
