PELAKSANAAN DAN PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM MUSYAWARAH PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DI KECAMATAN LEBONG UTARA

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the implementation and community participation in development planning in North Lebong district. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with an inductive approach, descriptive research aims to create a picture or writing systematically about community participation. The results showed that the implementation of and participation in community development planning has not been optimal. It can be seen from the aspect of research awareness to participate in the planning process looks at the presence of the public who attended the meetings. People who attended by 23 people from the invitation of 180 people. The percentage of attendance at public meetings is still low, amounting to 13.88%, but public awareness has to be present there, it's just that people have to work to earn a living so do not attend meetings. The participation of the community in regard to / planning information to absorb the low attendance levels to participate in the planning process. This is because the chance of expression is very limited and the combined meetings with the inauguration of BPD and entertainment events in a single organ Northern District Lebong. Public participation in decision-making and prioritization of development yet to be seen. The absence of community participation in overseeing the planning of development programs to be realized because the public does not know about the programs / activities proposed, and they do not know the amount of the budget provided.
