PELAKSANAAN PENGADAAN BARANG YANG DILAKUKAN DI DINAS PENDIDIKAN PEMUDA DAN OLAHRAGA KABUPATEN KEPAHIANG

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of procurement policy in the planning department of youth education and sport distric Kepahiang seen from aspects of procurement planning, procurement, and follow up procurement results. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. By doing observation, interview and documentation. Based on the results of research through data analysis, obtained: (1) the implementation of procurement planning in the planning department of youth education dan sport distric Kepahiang has run well and in accordance with the procedures, which include: (a) the identification of good needs, (b) preparation and budgeting, (c) general policy on job packaging, (d) way of procurement, (e) general policy stipulation on organizing procurement, (f) formulation of term of reference (TOR), (g) preparation of procurement activities schedule, and (h) announcement of general procurement plan; (2) the procurement in the planning department of youth education dan sport distric Kepahiang conducted procurement unit and procurement official have been in acoordance with the rules; and (3) the result of procurement work received has been checked by the committee/official recipient of the work, in accordance with the specifications contained in the contract.
