Abstract

 

The incentive is one of the main things that must be considered by the agency in this case A District Secretariat Seluma. This study aims to determine how effective the provision of incentives would not be done by the District Secretariat Seluma, research was conducted at the District Secretariat of Environment Seluma on. Research sample taken as many as 24 people and sample collection techniques using stratified random sampling technique of collecting . data using interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study can be determined: (1) the compatibility between the incentives received by the Secretariat workload egawai Seluma district, (2) The relationship between employee incentives with performance, (3) The provision of incentives in an office at the district secretariat Seluma and (4) The linkage between the amount of incentives earned by the employee needs, (5) Discipline Employees Work at the Regional Secretariat of the district Seluma been nice. (6) The ability / skils in completing the task was good. (7) The performance improvement insights and Education Supervisor in District Secretariat Seluma.(8 ) The form of loyalty shown to his boss in the Poegawai secretariat Seluma District.
