Abstract
The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the managerial capabilities of non-formal educational institutions during the covid-19 pandemic, especially in the monitoring and evaluation functions. This activity was attended by administrators and representatives of the Communication Forum of the Community Learning Center (FK-PKBM) in Bengkulu Province. The method used in this devotional activity is a workshop using zoom cloud meeting. Approach with material resource methods and resource person. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and competency assessment instumen seen from the readiness of institutions in simulated performances prepare monitoring documents and evaluation of institutions. The results of the assessment of the implementation fall into the category of good, when viewed from the preparation of the workshop, the implementation of the workshop, the competence of the presenter, the material delivered and the use of media in the good category. The assessment of the workshop participants is averaged in good category. However, if you look at the comparison between theoretical materials and practice, theoretical materials are easier to master by workshop participants. This is inseparable from the lack of focus of participants in following every stage of the material related to practice because of the busyness other than zoom meetings conducted while doing other work and network problems that also often interfere with participants to join in the zoom cloud meeting.
