The Supply response of cocoa in Indonesia is done through an approach to the area of cocoa plantations, in response to economic factors and non-economic factors. Data analyzed from 1985 to 2015 (time series). The aim is to find out the factors that affect the area of cocoa plantations in Indonesia and the response of the offer of cocoa in Indonesia seen from the value of short-term elasticity and long-term elasticity. The partial adjustment and adaptive expectation model was applied and continued with an analysis of Seemingly Unrelated Regression Equations (SURE). The results of the analysis show that the factors affect the area of cocoa plantations in Indonesia are on smallholder plantations, namely coffee prices, rubber prices, and technology. In the state plantations, namely the previous year's cocoa plantation area, rubber prices, technology, and government policy. In private plantations, namely rubber prices, technology, and labor costs. Supply response of cocoa that is in line with the value of elasticity both short and long term is inelastic which means that it is following expectations, where the value of long-term elasticity is greater than the value of short-term elasticity

In Bengkulu Province, the area of coffee plantations reached 124,510 hectares spread in several districts with production reaching 60,790.08 tons per year (BPS, 2018). Most coffee production (Coffea Spp) is produced by smallholder farmers. Nearly a quarter of the coffee production was produced by Rejang Lebong Regency, namely: 13,459 tons with a total plantation area of 27,828.12 hectares of coffee plantations. Constraints in the development of coffee are in the case of coffee marketing channels that have not been maximized by farmers, transportation due to the topography of the area and the location of the factory that is far away, low marketing production, quality of coffee (quality ), and capital that influences the selling price of the coffee. This situation is certainly inseparable from the influence of the factors of the coffee industry production itself, namely in the form of capital, raw materials, labor, transportation, marketing and income of business owners that also affect the income of workers. For this reason, researchers are interested in researching the marketing channels of Coffee in Rejang Regency. Lebong, and analyze the efficiency of the Coffee marketing channel in Rejang Lebong Regency. From the results of the study, it was found that the coffee marketing channel occurred in Rejang Lebong Regency had 5 types of marketing channels. The research objective is to determine the level of technical efficiency and the factors that influence the level of technical inefficiency, to analyze the relationship between input and output in the production process of aromatic rice farming in Seluma regency.Total number of respondents were 73 farmers who planted Aromatic rice. The Cobb Douglass of Frontier Stochastic approach was used, whereas for the factors that influence the inefficiency function as the initial answer of the above analysis results of the production function parameter were obtained through the Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE), with an LR value of 14.3620 which was higher than t table 99% (2.39). It had a significant effect on the 99% confidence level. It was seem that, there was no meaning that all aromatic rice farmers in the regency were 100% efficient. It could be seen that the MLE log-likelihood value of 29.9157 was higher than the OLS log-likelihood value of 22.7347. The lowest technical efficiency value was achieved by the farmers by 0.55 and the highest by 0.97. In the research area, the majority of the use of production factors was efficient, from 73.34% already in the value of efficiency between 0.90-1.00, meaning that 73.34% had approached the maximum efficiency. The result of the disseminated coefficient (R2) of 0.277 could mean a significant effect of 27.7 percent on the inefficiency variable while the remaining 72.3 percent is influenced by other factors not included in this research variable.

Eventhough wetland rice productivity in Lebong Regency has already been quite high, theneed for rice continues to increase along with population growth. This condition need to behandled by increasing rice production, especially the production of upland rice. This studyaims to study the crop management in rice farming implemented in Lebong Regency andanalyze the production and productivity of rice for every crop management. Research dataare primary data and secondary data collected through Focus Group Discussion involving20 farmer groups . Qualitative data are analysed descriptively by examining theirfarm management focused on variation role of crop and session. The study of cropmanagement pattern in Lebong Regency can be concluded as follows: (1) landmanagement depends on the readiness of farm workers and peasants to work and providecapital so that the cultivated land is limited to the availability of capital owned by farmworkers which is influenced by socio-economic, technical, and market factors, (2) lessoptimal maintenance of centre of production, especially in irrigated rice fields, so thatefforts should be made to increase production and productivity, and (3) lack of synergy indeveloping centre of rice production for staple food providers as a measure of achievementof food security.

Government Expenditures for Education and Government Expenditures for Health
Human development is one of the factors in increasing the implementation of national development. Human development that is carried out can be calculated with the level of human health and standard of living. Then the level of the human development index can also affect the value of increasing per capita income and economic growth. The use of the model in this article was processed with the multiple linear regression program and classical assumptions test data using SPSS 22.The results of the analysis produce farmer value added (X1) which can significantly affect the human development index (Y) in North Sumatra Province, government spending in the education sector (X2) can significantly affect the Human Development Index (Y) in North Sumatra Province and government spending on health sector expenditures (X3) has no significant effect on the Human Development Index (Y) in North Sumatra Province. It shows that government spending in the health sector (X3) has not been properly realized so that it is not strong enough to increase the Human Development index in North Sumatra Province. The results of the research on government spending in the education sector (X1) have a dominant effect in increasing the human development index in the province of North Sumatera.

Patron-Client Social Relationship Between Palm Oil Farmers And Tauke In Kreung Itam Village Tadu Raya District Nagan Raya District
Maifianti, Khori Suci
Darmansyah, Dedy
Muslimin, Ikhwanul
Krueng Itam village is one of the villages where the majority of the residents work as palm oil farmers and depend on palm oil plantations. In marketing to sell FFB (Fresh Fruit Bunch) palm oil farmers still rely on collector traders (agents) which in this case is referred to by the term "Tauke Sawit" (toke sawit). In the beginning, the relationship between palm oil farmers and the Tauke was limited to economic relations, such as the sale and purchase relationship between sellers and buyers. But in its development, the relationship turns into a relationship of dependence and interest that leads to a patron-client relationship. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation and interview process that is expected to be able to provide an overview of the social relationship between tauke and farmers. Based on the results of the study, the relationship between tauke and palm oil farmers is a patron- client relationship where palm oil tauke as the patron and palm oil farmers as clients. Palm oil farmers need tauke to accomodate the harvest of palm oil FFB and tauke needs palm oil FFB from farmers to be sold to Palm oil mills. In this cooperative relationship, farmers will usually borrow money for capital needs and others to the tauke, this makes the farmers' dependence on the tauke become greater so that each of them will maintain the relationship by respecting the existing norms so that the relationship has been established will not be broken easily. The relationship of patron-clients is more visible in the relationship between tauke and small farmers, this is because there is a clear difference in socio-economic status between the two, so that the tauke as a patron play a big role.

Development Strategy Of Cassava Added Value Into Kaopi In Lapodi Village Pasarwajo Subdistrict
Juhasri, Juhasri
Ajo, Antasalam
Cassava is a food plant that has many advantages. For example, when there is a shortage of food reserves (grain), cassava can still be relied on as a source of substitute material because cassava is a food material that is resistant to water scarcity so that it can still be produced in critical land and easy to cultivate .The strategy of developing cassava itself is to increase the durability of cassava so that it is suitable for consumption for a long time and is not easily damaged in order to obtain a high selling value in the market by using modern technology such as a shredding machine to make it easier to smooth the cassava and jack technology in the process of pressing the caopy more quickly. With the existence of cassava processing business activities that change the shape of the primary product into a new product with a higher economic value after going through the production process, it will be able to provide added value due to the costs incurred so that a new higher price is formed and a bigger profit if compared without going through the production process. The problem faced in the strategy for the Development of Added Value of Cassava into Kaopi is that the processing of cassava still uses traditional technology so that the processing of cassava into caopy is very slow in the processing process, it takes a very long time starting from grating the cassava using hand grater, if using a grater machine. It will be faster and the pressing of the kaopi is done on by one compared to pressing using a jack which can be done by more than one kaopi and the packaging of the kaopi is undesirable so that it does not have an appeal to consumers until it is marketed outside the region.

PT. Zamrud Bumi Indonesia is a manufacturing company engaged in the processing of multipurpose liquid organic agricultural fertilizer branded Power Bumi. Distribution from warehouses to destinations that vary in distance resulted in different distribution cost budgets. Transportation models can help solve the problem of distributing products from multiple warehouses to multiple destination cities and reduce total distribution costs. This study aims to find out the total minimum cost of distribution by using the Least Cost method as the initial solution and knowing the test results of MODI method as the optimum solution at PT. Zamrud Bumi Indonesia. The results of this study showed that before using the Transportation Method, the company incurred a distribution fee of Rp. 11.600.000,- in December 2020, after using the Least Cost transportation method as the initial solution of distribution costs incurred in the amount of Rp. 9.981.250,- and modi transportation method as the optimum test resulted in the same value of Rp. 9,981,250. So the company saves distribution costs of Rp. 1.618.750,- every month

Obstacles To Development Of Gayo Arabica Coffee Commodity In Bener Meriah Regency
Kembaren, Emmia Tambarta
Windirah, Nola
Coffee has great potential to be developed in Indonesia because of its large role in increasing the country's foreign exchange through export activities. Bener Meriah Regency, Aceh Province, is one of the main producing areas of Arabica coffee. The development of Arabica coffee commodities in Bener Meriah is still not optimal due to the findings of various problems such as post-harvest handling cultivation systems, technology, to marketing conditions that continue to change according to global conditions. This problem causes Bener Meriah Arabica coffee to not be optimal in contributing to regional income, employment and contributing to coffee farmers' household income. In the previous research, only one aspect highlighted, so the findings to overcome these problems have not been optimal. Through the analysis of Urgency, Seriousness, Growth (USG), this research will find a solution formed in stages of solving the problems experienced by Arabica coffee farmers, starting from the upstream to the downstream process. The results of the study show that the constraints on trade conditions that have changed after the Pandemic are the main problems that must be resolved first in Bener Meriah Regency. The second problem that must be resolved is extreme climate change. The third is post-harvest handling and the fourth is the high cost of transportation.

Economic Growth, Inflation, and Regional Minimum Wage: An Empirical Investigation of the Open Unemployment Rate in Sumatera, Indonesia
Putra, Rian

Purmini, Purmini
The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of the open unemployment rate in Sumatera island – Indonesia. We conjecture that the variation of the open unemployment rate (OUR) is the function of economic growth (EG), inflation (INF), and regional minimum wage (RMW). Using the sample of ten provinces in Sumatera island from 2006 to 2018, we further perform a panel data analysis with a random effect model (REM). The obtained empirical results show that there is a negative association between the independent variables (i.e., EG, RMW) and the dependent variable (OUR), while INF does not show any significant association with OUR. Referring to the empirical evidence, we infer that economic growth and regional minimum wage play an essential role in explaining the variation of the open unemployment rate in Sumatera island..

Lebong Tengah District is a brown sugar producing center in Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. The production process and marketing channels are factors that determine the price and quality of brown sugar reaching consumers. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of income and added value of sap obtained by brown sugar craftsmen. The research was conducted in the village of Danau Liang, Central Lebong District, Lebong Regency. The research was conducted using a survey method. The research population is brown sugar craftsmen who also act as sap seekers from the palm trees they have in the research area. Determination of the number of samples was carried out using the formula proposed by Nazir (1988) so that the number of samples was determined to be 45 people. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that for every one-time production process (PP) the income obtained by brown sugar craftsmen is Rp. 320,333.33 with production costs incurred of Rp.249,348.78 so the income earned by brown sugar craftsmen is Rp. 70,984.55. The added value obtained from processing 100.20 liters of sap with the price of raw sap of Rp. 1,800.00 to become 21 kg of brown sugar is Rp. 712.00/Kg. In terms of processing sap into brown sugar, it is very important to pay attention to the costs incurred for the production process by further optimizing production costs and maximizing brown sugar production, the craftsmen will get greater profits from this brown sugar processing..

This study aimed to determine and analyze the risk of moringa (Moringa oleifera L.) production in rainy and dry seasons at PT Moringa Organic Indonesia, Blora. The research method used is a case study method, using secondary data and time-series data and interviews with the company. The analytical tools used are coefficient variation (CV) and lower limit (L). The results show that the sources of production risk at PT Moringa Organic Indonesia consist of external and internal production risks, external production risks consist of weeds, disease, and seasons, while internal production risks are human resource risks. The calculation result of risk level of Moringa production for rainy season and dry season show the risk level of production in dry season has a high risk because it has a coefficient variation value greater than the rainy season. The lower limit of production (L) was obtained in the dry season, based on the lower limit values of the two seasons, indicating that the losses were lower than dry season during the rainy season.

Dewa Carambola Characteristics Income R/C ratio
In 2009 dewa carambola was inaugurated as an icon of Depok City. This is because Depok City contributes quite a lot of carambola production in West Java Province. Sawangan sub-district was chosen as the research location because it is one of the centers for carambola production in Depok City. The occurrence of land-use change, the price of production inputs is increasingly high, and PDO (Plant Disturbing Organisms) are problems in the farming activities of the dewa carambola in Sawangan District. This study aimed to determine carambola farming characteristics and income analysis in the Sawangan District. Respondents were determined purposively with 30 farmers using the Slovin formula. In this study, the characteristics of the farm are described descriptively, and the analysis of farm income uses the R/C ratio analysis. The analysis results show that the total cost per hectare per year of carambola farming in Sawangan District is IDR 29,147,430,444. The result is the sum of the cash costs of IDR 20,644,741,935 per hectare per year and the calculated costs of IDR 8,502,688,508 per hectare per year. The highest cash costs incurred were wages for non-family labor (TKLK) of IDR 7,288,709,677/ha/yr. Meanwhile, the highest calculated cost is the TKDK fee of 65.90%, or around IDR 5,668,548,387 per hectare per year. Meanwhile, the income for carambola farming in Sawangan sub-district for cash costs is IDR 13,125,677,419 per hectare and the value of income for total costs is IDR 4,622,988,911 per hectare. The analysis results of the R/C ratio of cash costs are 1.63 and the R/C ratio of total costs is 1.15. So it can be said that carambola farming in Sawangan District is efficient or feasible to cultivate.

The Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic is still becoming a very difficult period for all affected countries thus far because of its multi-sector negative impact on life. Moyu Store Purwokerto is one of the MSMEs assisted by the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman under the tutelage of the Tunas Bima program which is engaged in digital marketing with one of its products, the J'Square brewed ginger powder drink. At the beginning of its operation, Moyu Store Purwokerto had difficulty determining its product’s selling price. Price is one of the most important components of the marketing mix in determining the success of a marketing strategy as a newcomer. Therefore, this study aims to: (1) Calculate the selling price per unit of J'Square brewed ginger powder drink products, (2) Calculate the cost of production of the J'Square brewed ginger powder drink, (3) Analyzing the effect of the selling price of the J'Square brewed ginger powder drink and the actual selling price of the product on the profit of Moyu Store Purwokerto. The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The results of the analysis show that the value of HPP and selling price in the calculation using the full costing approach gives a higher value than variable costing. However, the actual selling price is below the resulting variation in the selling price calculation.

RICE SUPPLY CHAIN PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS USING THE SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONAL REFERENCE (SCOR) APPROACH
Apriyani, Dwi

Fadhiela ND, Keumala
Supply chain performance measurement is conducted to evaluate the goal achievement organization and determine its position towards competitors. This study aimed to analyze the supply chain performance of rice at the farmer level using Supply Chain Operational Reference (SCOR). This study is conducted using a case study approach and purposive sampling to locate. Analyze methods using calculation of performance score in every indicator of SCOR attributes, and then the result will be compared to superior card score. Comparing results will indicate the score of parity, advantage, or superior. Results showed that some performance in supply chain activities is not optimal yet, so it has to be fixed. Activities that need to fix to reach a superior score are order fulfilment, order fulfilment cycles, cash to cash cycle time, daily stock, and total supply chain cost. We recommend that MDP Company needs to increase the volume of grains absorbed by farmer partners by adding market targets to push assets flow. The farmers had to reduce moreover remove activities that impacted increasing supply chain costs. In addition, it needs accompaniment from MDP Company to the farmer's partner, especially at post-harvest management, in order to increase the quality of milling raw material and pass the market qualification.

Indonesia has various types of plains that can be used to develop the agricultural sector, one of which is the highlands. The area of the highlands in Indonesia is recorded at 144.47 million hectares. Government policies are needed to increase productivity and income of upland farmers. The UPLAND program of the ministry of agriculture is expected to increase the productivity and income of upland farmers in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the increase in the income of upland farmers in Purbalingga district. The analysis is carried out by comparing the productivity and income of farmers before the UPLAND program and after the UPLAND program, so that the significance of the increase can be known. The benefit of the results of this research is that it can be used as a reference for the government in designing and implementing programs related to agriculture. The average net income of farmers before joining the UPLAND program was IDR. 817500,- per month. After participating in the UPLAND program, the income of upland farmers can increase up to IDR. 110,000,-. The results of the paired t test analysis showed that the value of Sig. is 0.00 or <0.05, which means that there is a significant increase in income between before and after the UPLAND program. Respondents in this study were upland farmers who participated in the UPLAND program with the same area of land cultivated and agricultural commodities planted. There were 32 upland farmers working on the exact same land and commodities.

Syahputra, Angga
Growth Regional Domestic Product is an indicator to measure the success of economic condition. The 27,92 percent Aceh’s GRDP is contributed by agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sector, but this sector’s growth is decreased. This study aims to explore the leading subsector/commodity in agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sector. This study uses secondary data in the form of Aceh’s GRDP and Indonesia GDP from 2017-2021 taken from the Aceh BPS and Indonesia BPS Websites. Data is analyzed with three approaches namely Location Quotient, Dynamic Location Quotient and Differential Shift. It is found that the superior subsectors are horticultural crops, husbandry, and agricultural services & hunting with leading commodities namely large chilli, cayenne pepper, shallots, long beans, cucumber, bananas, papaya goats, broilers, free-range chickens, and ducks Furthermore, the sub-sector that has the potential to become a leading sector in the future is plantation crops. Although the competitiveness of the agricultural, forestry and fisheries sectors is still lower than the national level. However, this sector still plays a large role towards Aceh's GRDP.

Fauzi, Ariffatchur
The price of chili commodity can be used as the main indicator of inflation because it can respond quickly, especially to changes in demand and economic changes. Production fluctuations and consumption fluctuations have an impact on price fluctuations. Prediction of time series data using the ARIMA model approach has good performance for predicting chili prices in the future. Crucial province is the province that has big impact such as the province with the highest production, or the province with the highest consumption or the province with the gaps such as Jawa barat and Banten province. The purpose of this research is to create a time series model to predict chili prices in Jawa barat and Banten provinces and to measure and compare the level of volatility in chili prices in Jawa barat and Banten provinces. The best ARIMA model for chili price data in Jawa Barat and Banten Provinces is the ARIMA model (0,1,1). The results of chili forecast data in the provinces of Jawa Barat and Banten using the ARIMA model show relatively stable prices. The volatility of chili prices in Jawa Barat province is 19.68%. Chili price volatility in Banten province is 20.49%. This shows that the volatility level of chili prices in Jawa Barat province is relatively lower than in Banten province, although it is relatively the same and is still under control. This is confirmed by the result that the model has no ARCH effect.

Rasoki, Timbul
Nurmalia, Ana
Agriculture is a vital sector in the Indonesian economy, especially in rural areas such as Nanjungan Village. Nanjungan Village faces significant challenges regarding the supply of water for agricultural irrigation. The decreasing water discharge has affected the ability to maintain optimal rice production, thus encouraging farmers to look for alternatives in managing their land with land conversion. This is what causes researchers to be motivated to know the socio-economic impacts resulting from land conversion. The method of determining this sample uses (Simple Random Sampling) or a simple random sample. The population is 358 farmers. According to Arikunto 10% - 15% so that the total sample taken was 15 percent of the total corn farmers in Nanjungan village, namely 54 farmers. This research combines quantitative descriptive research methods. The results of the study stated that the social impacts that occurred were the life cycle of the community, such as the planting and harvesting periods, as well as the reduced work rhythm of farmers after converting their land to corn, so that gathering activities for farmers also decreased. The economic impact that occurs is the income of farmers before land conversion, which is Rp. 21,029,148, - and there is an increase in income after land conversion, namely Rp. 31.102.014,-. The difference in income before and after land conversion is IDR 10,072,866..

Rural Household’s Participation In Non-Farm Activities: The Case Of The Makuey District, Nuer Zone, Gambella Region, Ethiopia
Bor, Chuol
Sheikh Adan, Abdimajid
Ethiopia is a farming nation where agriculture provides a living for a large portion of the inhabitants. Most rural households suffer from chronic poverty and food insecurity as a result of agriculture's deteriorating carrying capacity, land fragmentation, and low agricultural income. This makes rural households participate in non-farm activities to generate income to cope with these challenges. The study used a mixed study design. A step-by-step sampling procedure was used in this study in which the Makuey district was selected purposively, Puokuath and Bildak kebelle were selected at simple, random, and stratified sampling procedures were applied to select sample respondents. The study also employed a descriptive, inferential, and econometric model for data analysis. Based on the findings, only significant discrete variables were the gender, literacy level, and household credit access. Similarly, the significant continuous variables were market distance and household income. Furthermore, the main challenges facing rural households' participation in non-farm activities were bad infrastructure and negative cultural perception. The binary logit model result indicated that market distance, literacy level, and credit access were significant and negatively influenced rural households, while incomes and the gender of rural households were significant and positively influenced the rural household's involvement in non-farm activities. The study recommended that the regional and district governments should access infrastructure and create awareness about the benefits of non-farm activities.

Potential For Conversion Of Rice Fields For Farmers In Pendoworejo District, Kap. Girimulyo, Kab. Kulon Progo, Special Region of Yogyakarta
Ardhana, Bagas Pramudya
Fithriya, Dwi Nur Laela
Pendoworejo Village, Kapanewon Girimulyo, Kab. Kulon Progo, DIY is an area designated by the government as LP2B (Sustainable Food Agricultural Land), but in reality, this area is experiencing quite a drastic shrinkage of agricultural land. This is influenced by the existing Trend “culinary with view” in the Kulon Progo area which is directly proportional to the widespread conversion of agricultural land into culinary business buildings. This phenomenon is a consequence of the modernization process in developing regions. This research aims to discover the social and economic impacts of local farmers in Pendoworejo District. To find answers to these problems, researchers used qualitative phenomenological research methods. The data obtained is primary data from interviews with informants who are farmers in Pendoworejo Village. This research shows that agricultural land conversion has the potential to have a social impact on local farmers in the form of reduced urbanization rates, changes in people's mindsets, cultural shock, and increasing affordability and availability of employment sectors. Meanwhile, the economic impact of agricultural land conversion is reducing unemployment, establishing relationships between entrepreneurs and the community, and increasing household income in local communities.

El Nino (drought) and La Nina (floods) effects of climate change will significantly reduce production and productivity in the agricultural sector, particularly in food crops. The availability and accessibility of food will be impacted by climate change, disrupting food security and vulnerability. This research aims to examine in more depth the impacts caused by climate change and ways that can be taken to mitigate the risks posed. This research was carried out using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method through FGD (Forum Group Discussion), which was carried out with representative experts, such as academics, farmers, BULOG and BMKG. The results of the research show that there are many impacts caused by climate change on food security, such as drought and floods resulting in changes in the planting season, an increase in weeds, pests and diseases in plants, and increasing temperatures will cause crop productivity to decrease, causing a decrease in crop yields. So, in facing the challenges and impacts of climate change, there needs to be significant and continuous collaboration from all aspects of dealing with climate change so that food security is achieved. Providing complete information to farmers regarding the challenges and solutions in facing climate change, research that can be carried out to reduce and mitigate climate change, the existence of adequate availability aspects to support universal food security and agricultural adaptation in facing climate change as well as climate change adaptation strategies indispensable for sustainable food security

Yuliarti, Ellys
Muhamad Mustopa Romdhon
Saragih, Luciana
Arabica coffee productivity in Simalungun Regency has the highest value, namely 1.25 tons/ha, among other arabica coffee producing districts in Sumatra Utara Province. However, the level of feasibility of return on investment made by farmers of arabica coffee has not been measured. The research method used to determine the feasibility and sensitivity of arabica coffee farming is Net B/C ratio, Gross B/C ratio, Profitability Ratio, Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return. The results of the research show that arabica coffee farming is financially feasible based on the criteria of Net B/C Ratio (2.33), Gross B/C Ratio (1.38), Profitability Ratio (2.31), NPV (Rp. 23,194,329), and IRR (25.06%). The sensitivity of arabica coffee farming occurs if fertilizer and labor costs increase by 55% and production prices fall, then arabica coffee farming is not worth pursuing. Arabica coffee farming in Raya Huluan Village is financially feasible but farmers have not been able to independently cultivate arabica coffee properly. Therefore, farmers are given assistance on how to cultivate arabica coffee farming, types of fertilizer and dosage of fertilizer, timing of fertilizer application so that the economic life of arabica coffee is more than 10 years.

The results of the research are based on the IFE analysis, an internal factor that affects the development strategy of bananas on the island of Enggano from the main strength is that bananas are the best products in the island. While the main weakness is the lack of cooperation with existing partners. Based on the EFE analysis, the external factor that influences the strategy of development of banana in the islands of Enggano of the main opportunity is the high demand of the market. The appropriate strategy to use the results of the SWOT and QSPM analysis is to increase production through the expansion of land with suitable climate/weather conditions and the availability of production input and experience to meet the high demand of the market.
