Abstract

Indonesian were done some efforts to increase the quality of education, especially in the teachers performance in the school as the mathematics’s teacher in every SMA, especially in the most of SMA of Bengkulu city. There is found the lack of teacher performance especially in the mathematics’s teacher to do to process school grades and the the data of students. The researcher giving one solution to their. The solution is the appplication of e-evaluation which was it would be aid to the mathematics’s teacher to apply and to increase the quality of performance in education of Bengkulu city. The objective of research were (1) to determine the application of e-evaluation in mathematics learning give the positive influence to teacher performance to control the assignment must be do it as the mathematics’s teacher. (2) to determine the application of e-evaluation in mathematics learning give the positive influence to teacher performance of their effort to finish their assignment as the mathematics’s teacher. The research was quantitative research. The instrument used is questionnaire which is it giving to the mathematics’s teacher at SMA of Bengkulu city.
