Abstract

The specific objectives of this study: describe candidate recruitment system head Vocational School (SMK) in Seluma; Head of the candidate selection system Vocational School
(SMK) in Seluma; Head placement system Vocational School (SMK) in Seluma; Head coaching system Vocational School (SMK) in Seluma. This research method is descriptive qualitative
method. From the study it can be concluded implementation, the system of recruitment, selection, placement, and guidance to principals (SMK) in the district Seluma been implemented in
accordance with the procedures and regulations, however still needed repairs and improvements in the implementation of the system in order to obtain candidate -Expectant principals qualified, skilled, has the competence and qualifications as the principal professional.
