Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan aspek apa sajakah yang yang diterapkan dalam pelembagaan budaya religius, mendiskripsikan langkah-langkah teknik pelembagaan budaya religius, mendiskripsikan faktor pendukung dalam pelembagaan budaya religius, mendiskripsikan faktor penghambat dalam pelembagaan budaya religius di kalangan siswa SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode etnografi. Sedangkan proses pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa program budaya relegius diterapkan melalui program intakulikuler (praktek ibadah, baca tulis alqur’an), kokurikuler (budaya 3 S, budaya bersalaman, sholat duha, sholat zuhur berjama’ah, tadarrus al-qur’an). Wujud fisik budaya religius yang ada di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu ini adalah adanya musholla beserta, slogan-slogan religius dan motivasi keagamaan.

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of guidance counselor in bullying behavior management in the country of 2 southern bengkulu. These research methods are qualitative with a descriptive approach. This research data collection technique is (1) observation, (2) interview, and (3) documentation. The results of the study are (1) the role of counseling teachers in planning bullying behaviour prevention in general have been applied, (2) counseling counseling counseling roles in dealing with bullying behaviors have also been applied and have a hopeful impact on the theory used in the study,, (3) the role of counseling teachers in evaluating bullying behavior can also be said to be a decline, (4) although there are a number of obstacles that counseling teachers overcome bullying behaviors but those barriers can be handled by counseling counseling teachers and school guidance.

The purpose of this study was to describe the principal's coaching strategy in improving teacher professionalism in terms of planning, implementation and evaluation aspects of coaching. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were principals and teachers. Collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using the Huberman model interactive technique went through three stages, data presentation, reduction, verification and conclusion. The results of the study indicate that the development planning is based on an analysis of teacher needs. self-evaluation of school potential. The implementation strategy is carried out through in-house training activities, teacher training, MGMP meetings, supervision of class visits. Evaluation of coaching is done by monitoring the success of teachers in compiling learning tools and supervising class visits to determine the success of teachers in improving their professionalism. Suggestions for principals to monitor on an ongoing basis by implementing programmatic teaching supervision involving senior teachers.

Change in the world is very fast. Specifically in the world of education, changes often occur due to the
demands of curriculum changes that are tailored to the learning needs of today's students. The purpose of this research
is to describe the transformation of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating learning as well as problems
and solutions in the transformation of learning management in the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 16 South
Bengkulu. The research approach used is descriptive-qualitative. The subjects in this study were the principal, vice
principal, and teachers. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The
analysis technique uses data reduction, conclusion drawing, summarizing research results, and data triangulation. The
results showed that since 2 years, SD Negeri 16 Bengkulu Selatan has implemented an independent curriculum,
starting with changes in planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of learning in stages with the support
of all school stakeholders and the surrounding community. The problems that arise are related to the technology that
must be used in implementing the independent curriculum, but the school's solution is to provide continuous
assistance from the driving school facilitator and supervisor to motivate teachers to use the independent teaching
platform. Advice is given to the school to continue to carry out learning reflection activities once every 3 months to

Teacher performance is an important part of measuring the quality of education in Indonesia. Important factors that play a role in improving teacher performance are intrinsic motivation and organizational climate. This study aimed to analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and organizational climate on the teaching performance of Rejang Lebong Regency Junior High School teachers. The research is expected to be useful to teachers, principals, and policymakers. The research methods used in this study are the combined method and the quantitative method. The primary data collection technique using questionnaires is teachers. The population used in this study was 786 teachers from Rejang Lebong Regency Junior High School, with a sample of 118 teachers. An analytical technique used to test research hypotheses is to use simultaneous regression with significance testing. The findings suggest that intrinsic motivation and school climate together have a positive and significant impact on the teaching performance of Rejang Lebong Regency Junior High School teachers during the learning process. Advice to teachers, principals, and local offices to continue to contribute to improving the performance of teachers in the Rejang Lebong District Junior High School.

MANAJEMEN KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER SD NEGERI PERGIWATU KABUPATEN KULON PROGO

This study aims to analyze the management of extracurricular activities, especially drumband at SD Negeri Pergiwatu, which consists of the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. This study uses a qualitative research stage method. Based on the research results obtained, the planning of drum band extracurricular activities is carried out through coordination meetings involving school principals, school committees, drumband extracurricular teachers, extracurricular assistant drumband teachers and class teachers. Organizing is done by forming an extracurricular activity team. Activities are carried out by utilizing available infrastructure and monitoring of drumband extracurricular activities is carried out by a supervisory team in monitoring the course of activities so that they can run according to the objectives in planning.

This study aims to describe the performance of teachers in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP N 11 Rejang Lebong. This research is a case study research. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 11 Rejang Lebong Regency. Research data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation. Research data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion drawing. Results showed that teacher's performance in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP N 11 Rejang Lebong, among others, was seen from: (1) Teacher motivation was shown by the continuity of learning and teaching activities carried out online, teachers felt proud to be able to plan, implement, carry out assessments and follow-up in assignments as teachers, starting from the beginning of the entry of the Covid-19 virus until now; (2) Teacher discipline is shown by the implementation of the duties and obligations of teachers in online learning that has complied with the rules and ethics that apply in schools; (3) The professional competence of teachers is demonstrated by developing an online learning implementation plan (RPP), mastering learning materials, as well as developing teaching materials and online learning media; (4) The follow-up taken by the teacher is indicated by efforts to improve learning which will be carried out as an effort to improve the quality of learning. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested that efforts should be made to increase teacher motivation in carrying out teacher duties in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstrak : Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana konsep serta sistem manajerial pada program studi Rekayasa Keselamatan Kebakaran di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dengan Kaprodi Rekayasa Keselamatan Kebakaran itu sendiri yaitu Bapak Catur Setyawan Kusumohadi, M.T., Ph.D. Hasil dari penelitian ini konsep serta sistem manajerial di Prodi Rekayasa Keselamatan Kebakaran dikatakan belum berjalan sempurna seperti prodi lain yang ada di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pegawai yang ada di prodi Rekayasa Keselamatan Kebakaran itu laki-laki semua tidak ada perempuan nya. Karena beberapa pekerjaan memang harus dikerjakan oleh wanita, tetapi karena tidak ada pegawai perempuan dan pekerjaan harus dilakukan sehingga laki-laki yang mengerjakan pekerjaan tersebut. Itu yang menyebabkan prodi Rekayasa Keselamatan Kebakaran akreditasi nya masih C, karena kekurangan tenaga kerja wanita.

The aim of the research is to analyze the management of improving the quality of learning numeracy based on the results of education reports at 01 State Junior High School North Bengkulu. The specific objective is to analyze the planning, implementation and monitoring of improving the quality of learning numeracy. Qualitative descriptive research method, subject to the principal, curriculum representative and science teacher using observation, interview and documentation instruments. Analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research at the planning stage carried out data-based planning, student-oriented planning, teachers and supporting facilities, as well as numeration sources. The implementation stage is through numeration techniques, physical facilities and numeration facilities, the academic environment and improving the quality of numeracy teachers. Monitoring is in the form of monitoring targets, time intensity, indicators of achievement of program implementation and identification of supporting/inhibiting factors for the program. Through good quality improvement management policies, teacher competence, students' numeracy abilities and the numeracy learning process in schools also increase.

DISIPLIN GURU DALAM MELAKSANAKAN TUGAS PEMBELAJARAN DI MASA PANDEMI COVID 19

The purpose of the study was to describe teacher discipline in carrying out learning tasks during the Covid 19 pandemic and to find out the obstacles faced and how to overcome them. Quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods. The research population is teachers in the Talang Empat sub-district, Central Bengkulu. Collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. Quantitative data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics and qualitative data analysis according to Sugiyono. The results showed that teacher discipline in carrying out learning tasks during the covid-19 pandemic was in the moderate category. With details of teacher discipline in planning, assessment and evaluation of learning all in the medium category. Constraints found (1) from the teacher's side, many teachers do not have laptops, inadequate signals, limited knowledge and practice of using online learning platforms; (2) from the student's perspective, many students do not have an android cellphone, lack of signal, limited quota and many students who lack parental monitoring in PJJ learning. In an effort to overcome this by combining online and offline learning, schools hold workshops for teachers in the use of online learning technology, and provide internet quotas for students and teachers.

at SMA Lab School Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) conducted by Japanese language teachers. This study used a qualitative approach with the research subjects including the principal, head of curriculum, Japanese language teachers, and students at SMA Lab School UPI. The data collection techniques used include observation, interview, and documentation study. The results showed that innovation in the management of Japanese language learning by Japanese language teachers at UPI Lab School High School is in accordance with the curriculum implemented by UPI Lab School High School. Specific findings include: (1). Successful planning, with effective planning steps and in accordance with the needs of Japanese language learning. (2). Good organization, where the Japanese language learning organization system has been well structured and facilitates the smooth learning process. (3). Good implementation, with Japanese teachers able to implement effective learning methods and strategies in the classroom.

(4). Continuous evaluation, where Japanese teachers regularly evaluate students' progress and learning outcomes to ensure teaching effectiveness. (5). Finding some problems in Japanese learning innovation at UPI Lab School High School that need to be addressed and improved in order to increase learning effectiveness. Thus, this study provides an overview of innovations in the management of Japanese language learning at UPI Lab School High School and highlights some aspects that need to be considered in order to improve the quality of Japanese language learning at the school.

This research aims to describe the initiation of community participation in the implementation of education at SMPN 36 Rejang Lebong. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Research data was obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis of research data through data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it was concluded that: (1) What community participation is needed is harmonious communication with parents and trying to involve them in implementing school programs, (2) Conditions for community participation are running well. Communication between the community, whether the school community or the general public, is regulated by the public relations unit (PR). The public relations program is managed regularly and neatly, (3) Obstacles in managing community participation, namely if the community is involved in the implementation of school development, its performance or level of discipline is very low so it requires continuous supervision, because they are used to working in the village using a mutual cooperation or work system. with a contract system and being a contractor, work tends to be slow. (4) School autonomy provides bright prospects for increasing community participation in managing education in schools. Schools have broad authority in involving the role of the community in implementing school programs. Schools can provide opportunities for the community to participate according to their abilities. Suggestions that can be given are that schools can explore more widely the potential of the community whose participation in the provision of education can be developed so that they can improve both academic and non-academic achievements.
