Abstract
Solar cell is an energy conversion tool or machine that is the solar energy into electrical energy. The use of solar cell has been very widely used and can be seen on street lights, traffic lights and more. Installation construction of solar cell on the street lights and traffic lights is done permanently mounting the solar cell static and moven’t. This can reduce the optimum performance of the solar cell because the intensity of sunlight that is captured becomes less. To solve this problem this can be done by modify order to construction so flexible and can move follow the direction and position of the sunlight, the addition of other components such as Fresnel lenses and etc. In this paper focuses on solar cell track and used of Fresnel lenses transform and obtain the value of the optimum output of the solar cell. The result shows that by used of the track and the Fresnel lens is able to increase the power output. Output power of solar cell is obtained from the intensity of sunlight coming in from 08:00 AM until 16:00 pm with a power range of 7.4 to 9.4 Watt. In other hand by used of static solar cell only get one value of peak power output of the solar cell is at 12:30 pm with output power of 8.4 Watt.
