Adequate roads are key to optimizing this potential. Recognizing this, the South Bengkulu Regency Government has initiated a project to handle long segments on Jl. Kapten Bukhari Gunung Mesir, funded by the Special Allocation Fund (DAK). This report examines the conformity of project planning with the results achieved, as well as the conformity of the implementation schedule with the time required. This evaluation includes a comparison of the results of the work with the initial Budget and Cost Plan (RAB) and a comparison of the implementation time with the original plan.

The evaluation results show that the project is in line with the initial plan, both in terms of the volume of work and the completion time. This has resulted in a significant improvement in road quality. Technical constraints such as bad weather and limited material availability were overcome with effective solutions. The project has generated significant economic and social benefits for the community, such as improved accessibility, time efficiency, and increased safety. Recommendations for future projects include improved coordination, more flexible schedule adjustments, better public awareness, regular monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, and more optimal risk management.

Keywords: Road Infrastructure, Road Rehabilitation, Road Reconstruction, Budget and Cost Plan, S-Curve (Time Schedule)
Teddy Setiawan Setiawan Nilda Tri Putri Copyright (c) 2025 Teddy Setiawan Setiawan, Nilda Tri Putri https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-04-28 2025-04-28 17 1 1 6 10.33369/ijts.17.1.1-6 PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN FLY ASH PADA KUAT TEKAN BETON GEOPOLIMER DENGAN AKTIVATOR NATRIUM HIDROKSIDA (NaOH) DAN NATRIUM SILIKAT (Na2SiO3) https://ejournal.unib.ac.id/inersiajurnal/article/view/40922

The study aims to find out the impact of the use of fly ash on the compressive strength of geopolymer concrete when compared to normal concrete as well as to know the optimum strength of geopolymer concrete with specified variation of activator mixture. This study uses experimental method by mixing concrete with previous research as references. This indicates that water volume which come into channel exceed the normal capacity of channel. Calculation of discharge with the rational methods use 3 primary factors, they are maximum rainfall intensity, wide of area and run off coefficient. The method of analysis used in this study include hydrologic analysis using Gumbel Distribution method which calculates the discharge capacity of the channel and hydraulic analysis to channel normalization. The result of the calculation shows that the channel capacity (Qs) in Parit 2 is 1.95 m3/sec with the upper width 0f 3,9 m; width of 2,74 m and wet cross section 0,744 m smaller than compared to flood peak discharge (QP) of 2,525 m3/sec. It is necessary to normalize the channel by reviewing the channel with a upper width of 4,5 m; width of 3 m and wet coress section 1 m so as to obtain channel discharge of 4,63 m3/sec, then the planning channel can be received.

Keywords: flood, debit, intensity, channel normalization

Dwi Jenita Maharani Besperi Besperi Muhammad Fauzi Copyright (c) 2025 Dwi Jenita Maharani, Besperi Besperi, Muhammad Fauzi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-04-28 2025-04-28 17 1 16 24 10.33369/ijts.17.1.16-24 ANALISIS DAMPAK LALU LINTAS OPERASIONAL KLINIK KECANTIKAN TERHADAP KINERJA RUAS JALAN TERDAMPAK https://ejournal.unib.ac.id/inersiajurnal/article/view/40294

Traffic impact analysis is an important activity for the continuity of smooth traffic circulation with the presence of new activity centers that generate new flows. This study focuses on analyzing the impact of beauty clinic operations in South Jakarta on several road sections that are considered to have an impact. There are four road sections that are analyzed. Traffic performance analysis in this study uses the PKJI 2023 method to determine the capacity of the road section and continues to determine the level of road service according to the Minister of Transportation's PM number 96 of 2015. After analyzing traffic performance based on the results of the traffic census, the existing conditions in 2024 were found to have road sections at levels B and C. To determine future traffic predictions, a further analysis was also carried out, namely the calculation of predicted services after 5 years of clinic operations with existing traffic growth conditions. The results of the analysis show that the level of road service has decreased to level F in the next 5 years. From the results of the analysis, the recommendations given are in the form of planning for the construction of flyovers and the development of public transportation network services that can be accessed by consumers of the beauty clinic.

Keywords: analysis of traffic, PKJI 2023, road performance, forescasting

Anasya Musdalifah Syarifuddin Syarifuddin Agus Budi Purwantoro Copyright (c) 2025 Anasya Musdalifah Syarifuddin Syarifuddin, Agus Budi Purwantoro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-04-28 2025-04-28 17 1 25 31 10.33369/ijts.17.1.25-31 EVALUASI PENERAPAN TEKNIK CRASHING DALAM MANAJEMEN WAKTU PEMBANGUNAN RUMAH SUBSIDI DENGAN METODE CPM DAN PERT (STUDI KASUS RUMAH PONDOK ALAM DESA SIGARA-GARA) https://ejournal.unib.ac.id/inersiajurnal/article/view/40549
Nela permata sari Lubis Khalid Bima Purnomo1 Melloukey Ardan Copyright (c) 2025 Nela permata sari Lubis, Khalid Bima Purnomo1; Melloukey Ardan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-04-28 2025-04-28 17 1 32 43 10.33369/ijts.17.1.32-43
