Abstract

The Healthy Indonesia Program with the Family Approach (PIS-PK) is aimed at improving the degree of public health through health efforts and community empowerment supported by financial protection and equitable health services. Through family visits, the Community Health Center Team can simultaneously provide initial intervention on health problems that exist in each family member. It is hoped that the data can be used as a reference in conducting further evaluations and interventions. East Seluma Subdistrict is one of the areas which has not escaped the target of the national PIS-PK program. During this time the implementation of the PIS-PK Program in East Seluma District has not been widely known by the community, resulting in a lack of response at the beginning of the house visit. This research focuses on the problem of implementing the PIS-PK Program as a health development effort in Seluma District. In order to express this problem, the researcher uses the theory of public policy implementation of Nugroho, D. Riant

Horn, this type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. In this study it was found that the things that underpin the PISPK program in the East Seluma Subdistrict good and effective category were also supported by: one, formulating public policy (Policy formulation); Second, the implementation of the PISPK program. Third, evaluation of the PISPK program.
