Abstract

This study  The issuance of Presidential Regulation Number 33 of 2012 concerning the National Legal Documentation and Information Network is a manifestation of the Government's fulfillment of the right to obtain legal information so that the implementation of this Presidential Regulation must be effective. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research with a normative juridical approach, and data collection techniques by observation interviews and documentation, while the data analysis used is qualitative in nature.
