Process for Preparing the Regional Government Implementation Report (LPPD) for Bengkulu City for Fiscal Year 2023

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the Process for Preparing the Regional Government Administration Report (LPPD) for Bengkulu City for Fiscal Year 2023 and to find out the obstacles to the Process for Preparing LPPD for Bengkulu City for Fiscal Year 2023. This study uses qualitative methods. The informants in this research were the Regional Secretary, Head of the Government Department and Members of the LPPD Drafting Team and Review Team. Data analysis in this research consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions (verification). The research results show that the process of preparing the LPPD for the 2023 Fiscal Year of Bengkulu City is in accordance with the stages and is going well, but there are 2 (two) key performance indicators that do not meet administrative and substantive requirements. The obstacles in the process of compiling the LPPD are the dynamics of the arrangement of employees compiling the LPPD so that it requires re-mentoring new compilers, the guidelines for compiling the LPPD are not yet fully helpful in presenting the data so that the guidelines need to be prepared in more detail and the lack of knowledge and awareness of employees in completing the LPPD data is necessary. technical guidance was carried out in order to understand the importance of preparing the LPPD for the performance of the Bengkulu City Government.
