We welcome theoretical, analytical, quantitative, qualitative, empirical, and practitioner-based, as well as individual country-based, region-based, and especially comparative works. Our target audience is not just scholars, but also policy-makers and practitioners, including aspiring public sector leaders engaged in education and research in the growing global public service, policy, and administration, and governance community. The main headlight is bureaucracy personnels always spend a huge number of proposed state and regional budgets just for official trips. In order to solve this problem, the government digitalization concept can be applied. It also persuaded the researcher to do this research with a main purpose is identifying positive implications of implementing government digitalization to minimize inefficiency in the public budget for bureaucracy trips. This study was designed by using descriptive qualitative to achieve a holistic situation about the researched topic. As a way to gain essential data several techniques have been used such as: interview, observation, and literature study. In addition, purposive sampling was used to choose the suitable informants. The result of this research exposes that government digitalization is able to be implemented in order to solve the main focus of the research. As a suggestion, the governments have responsibility to construct an integrated systems which do several required occasions such as: showing the contract of the trips, addressing public budget utilization during the trips, and optimizing the acquired outputs of the trips.</span></p> Muhamad Arby Hariawan Copyright (c) 2023 International Journal of Policy and Public Administration 2023-10-08 2023-10-08 4 2 117 130 MANAGEMENT OF STATE PROPERTY AT THE SECRETARIAT OF THE GENERAL ELECTION COMMISSION (KPU) OF BENGKULU PROVINCE https://ejournal.unib.ac.id/ispaj/article/view/29661 <p><em>The purpose of writing this thesis is to find out why the deletion process that is part of the management of BMN uses a long time at the KPU Secretariat of Bengkulu Province. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach that seeks to provide a comprehensive descriptive of the problems raised in this study. To strengthen the argument, researchers collect data using observation, interview and documentation methods. The analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study show that the process of eliminating BMN at the KPU Secretariat of Bengkulu Province has run well but has not been optimal. In the aspect of giving orders, it has not run optimally that the process of eliminating BMN exceeds existing SOPs and has not been efficient and effective in accordance with the principles of BMN management contained in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 27 of 2014.
