In this case, artistic works take the form of literary works in the form of narrative stories (prose). Narrative storytelling is one way to train social sensitivity. This can be drawn from everyday themes. From observations of teachers, it is evident that most teachers have a desire to work and educate more freely. However, they are still limited in expressing their ideas comprehensively and to the fullest extent. Several obstacles include: 1) a lack of comprehensive understanding of the nature of literary works, including prose, 2) a lack of sensitivity in capturing the relics of life as ideas and sources of stories, and 3) a lack of motivation in creative work, in this case, digital screenwriting. Given these problems, the practical solution and objective of this community service programme are to assist in utilising artificial intelligence (AI) to create works, enabling teachers to be more independent in their work. The artificial intelligence (AI) referred to here is Canva, Noveltoon, Capcut, and TikTok. This community service programme is in collaboration with e-guru.id. With the broad reach of the e-guru platform, it is hoped that this training will increase the capacity and improve literacy among teachers in Indonesia. This aligns with the Ministry of Education and Culture's Content Creator Teacher programme. The method used for this research involves qualitative literature study, where researchers collect and analyze information from various written sources such as scientific journals and books. Data collection techniques include: topic identification, literature search, evaluation and selection of sources, data collection from selected sources, and data analysis. The results of the research can be concluded as follows: 1) There are opinions of several sociological figures regarding the definition of sociology of education. 2) Several types of schools of sociology of education 3) understanding the meaning gender equality. Conclusions from this research: Studying important figures and schools in sociology, and their relationship to gender equality, provides a comprehensive understanding of how society is formed and operates, including the inequalities that occur within it. Every effort is being made, including the intensification and extensification of agriculture, to increase the availability and accessibility of agricultural inputs (fertilizers, seeds, and pesticides). Then there is the strengthening of agricultural infrastructure (dams/irrigation), improvement of the farm distribution chain, strengthening of food reserves and food barns, strengthening of business and protection of farming enterprises, and strengthening of aquaculture. However, there is a fundamental issue that also needs to be taken seriously, namely the issue of mentality. The nation's mentality must be built on a cultural foundation that views cultivating the earth as a spiritual path. Cultivating the earth and farming are noble occupations that are akin to worship, as they provide food for all creatures in essence. A cultural approach to building a food security system can be achieved by producing dramatic texts that tell stories about the glory and beauty of the agrarian world and its surrounding environment. Writing drama scripts based on the cultural values of cultivating the earth is a series of creative writing activities. The obstacles encountered in creative writing workshops still revolve around motivation and developing imagination so that literary works do not come across as scientific works. Through drama texts, it is hoped that teachers can provide enlightenment and foster creative thinking in the community, promoting the preservation and development of cultural values that cultivate the earth. Unfortunately, the younger generation is neglecting the farming profession, while our country is rich in natural resources. The world is fertile, and anything planted will grow well, so we should be ashamed if we have to import food. The method used was qualitative descriptive with a literature study and critical-conceptual analysis approach. Data sources were obtained from scientific journals, academic books, and relevant education regulations. Data collection techniques were carried out through literature documentation, then analysed in three stages: concept identification, thematic classification, and conceptual synthesis. The results of the study show that teachers have a strategic role as educators, teachers, motivators, innovators, facilitators, and role models. Teacher professionalism includes pedagogical, personal, social, and professional competencies that must be applied in practice, not just formally recognised. Challenges for teachers in the era of globalisation include the demand to master digital technology, moral crises, and changes in student learning patterns. However, globalisation also opens up opportunities for the development of digital teaching materials, multicultural insights, and learning based on ecological intelligence. The program aimed to foster reading interest and strengthen literacy skills among elementary school students. The activities included read-aloud sessions, book reviews, storytelling based on reading materials, and book-based projects. The target group was elementary school-aged children. The results indicated active student participation, increased reading interest, improved self-confidence, and higher visit rates to the Al-Mannan Village Library. Despite several challenges, such as limited facilities and varying literacy levels, the program was successfully implemented and considered effective.
