Metode penelitian ini adalah kajian literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Urgensi implementasi kode etik pustakawan di era digital sangat penting mengingat transformasi besar-besaran yang terjadi dalam cara informasi diakses, disimpan, dan disebarluaskan. Ada beberapa alasan mengapa implementasi kode etik pustakawan di era digital sangat urgen untuk dilakukan, yaitu: 1) perlindungan data pribadi; 2) Kepercayaan dan integritas. Kode etik membantu menjaga kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap profesi pustakawan; 3) Pengelolaan Informasi yang Adil dan Netral. Pustakawan memiliki tanggung jawab untuk memberikan akses yang adil dan netral terhadap informasi, tanpa memihak atau membatasi akses berdasarkan pandangan pribadi atau kepentingan tertentu; 4) Perlindungan Hak Cipta dan Ketersediaan Informasi. Kode etik pustakawan membantu memastikan bahwa hak cipta dihormati dan bahwa informasi disediakan secara adil dan legal; dan 5) Adaptasi terhadap Perubahan Teknologi. Era digital membawa perubahan teknologi yang cepat dan berkelanjutan. One of the choices made by business people as a digital literacy media is product marketing. Relying on digital literacy skills makes social media a lot of potential for the progress of a business. Making the digital literacy skills owned is used in utilizing social media for product marketing. By relying on these abilities, it leads to the convenience and benefits provided by social media in online product marketing. Especially for MSME players who market their products by utilizing social media. MSME players can more easily manage product marketing. Supported by digital literacy skills, the use of social media for product marketing can be online and there are so many benefits. The purpose of this study was to determine the description, obstacles, and support for the utilization of social media in marketing online MSME products of jimbe drum musical instruments. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. Data validity test using triangulation technique. The results of this study are the utilization of social media in online marketing of jimbe drum MSME products as product promotion, as well as communication between sellers and buyers. The presidential election which will take place on February 14 2024 will elect the president for the 2024-2029 term. Meanwhile, according to several organizations such as BPS and Bappenas, the demographic bonus will reach its peak in 2030 and end in 2040. At the population level ahead of the election, there will be demographic changes marked by an increase in the number of young voters (Generation Z and millennials) who are older. between 17 to 39 years. CSIS estimates that the number of young voters in the next election will reach 60% of the total electorate. The 2024 presidential election could be said to be the driving force or last opportunity for the Indonesian nation before entering the peak of its demographic opportunities. Approaching the 2024 election, especially during the campaign period, the spread of fake news (hoaxes) and misinformation is expected to increase. This can lead to increased polarization of society due to the unhealthy and irresponsible actions of several political interests. One of the library's initiatives to meet the information needs of users is the free library service in the library. A good service is one that can provide a sense of satisfaction and pleasure for the users. The self-upload library service at UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Bengkulu is one example of how online library services support government and university policies to facilitate the information transaction process and reduce the buildup of diverse user requests with limited resources. From the results of research on student perceptions of self-uploading free digital library services, a positive statement can be seen from the average respondent's answer which states that the digital service is very good in meeting the needs of library users, expressed by 59% of the questionnaire survey results with a frequency of 845 who chose the highest score of 4 (Very Good). One of the social media platforms often used is WhatsApp. WhatsApp has many users, including children, teenagers, and adults. On WhatsApp, there is a Voice Note feature that facilitates the dissemination of information, particularly among teenagers in Mojosari Village, Kauman District, Tulungagung Regency. The purpose of this research is to understand the role of WhatsApp Voice Notes as a medium for disseminating information, especially among teenagers in Mojosari Village, Kauman District, Tulungagung Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data were obtained from field interviews and then analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that WhatsApp Voice Notes play a role in the dissemination of information among teenagers.
