Most of the local population works as fishermen engaged in fishing and octopus catching at the sea. The octopus catch is processed into various products such as ready-to-eat foods, dried octopus, and one of the main derivative products—octopus crackers. One of the prominent octopus processing enterprises is the Small and Medium Industry (SMI) Putra Daerah in Linau Village, which produces the flagship product Kerupuk Gurita Maknyos (KURITOS). This study was conducted from October to November 2023, involved 96 respondents. The purpose of this research is to analyze the purchasing quantity of Kerupuk Gurita Maknyos and to identify the factors influencing consumers’ purchasing decisions in Linau Village, Maje District, Kaur Regency. The analysis of purchasing quantity was conducted by calculating the total number of consumer purchases, and the influencing factors were examined using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the total purchase of Kerupuk Gurita Maknyos reached 567 packs per month, with an average of 5.91 packs or approximately 6 packs per consumer. Based on the regression analysis, it was found that taste preference, price perception, and family income variables significantly influenced the purchase quantity of Kerupuk Gurita Maknyos.
Ineandre Anna Mohamad Zulkarnain Yuliarso Basuki Sigit Priyono Redy Badrudin Copyright (c) 2025 JEPERTA - Jurnal Ekonomi Pertanian dan Agribisnis 2025-12-30 2025-12-30 2 2 39 49 10.31186/jeperta.id.2.2.39-49 Eco-Fishing Port: Solusi Pengelolaan Pelabuhan Perikanan Berkelanjutan di PPP Wonokerto Kabupaten Pekalongan https://ejournal.unib.ac.id/jeperta/article/view/45533
ABSTRACT

The degradation of fish resources and environmental ecosystems in the Coastal Fishing Port (PPP) Wonokerto area has made the PPP Wonokerto an environmentally unfriendly fishing port. This condition needs to be addressed immediately (urgently), otherwise it will have the following impacts: the sustainability of fish resources is threatened with extinction; fishermen have difficulty getting fish catches so their income decreases; economic growth slows; and fishermen poverty. These conditions need to be addressed with the idea of change actions through the management of an environmentally friendly Fishing Port or Eco-Fishing Port (EFP). This research (change actions) aims to realize the management of the PPP Wonokerto that is more environmentally friendly and sustainable. ASTRID analysis is used to obtain key strategic issues. In the organizational diagnosis to identify components that need intervention, Leavitt's Model analysis is used. The results of the research (change actions) indicate that the less environmentally friendly Fishing Port is a major strategic issue. The task component is the component that most needs intervention. Alternative solutions to the problem that can be done are: the formation of an effective team to strengthen the delegation of port management tasks; socialization of SDI and environmental sustainability; switching to the use of more environmentally friendly fishing gear; creation of a mangrove nursery; mangrove rehabilitation/planting; coastal community empowerment; and monitoring and evaluation of the eco-fishing port implementation. In conclusion, the PPP Wonokerto is managing more environmentally friendly and sustainable projects through the implementation of the eco-fishing port concept.
Jamaludin Malik Andis Triyanto Kurniawan Priyo Anggoro Copyright (c) 2025 JEPERTA - Jurnal Ekonomi Pertanian dan Agribisnis 2025-12-06 2025-12-06 2 2 12 18 10.31186/jeperta.id.2.2.12-18 Analisis Literatur Tentang Implementasi Ekonomi Hijau dalam Sektor Pertanian di Berbagai Daerah di Indonesia https://ejournal.unib.ac.id/jeperta/article/view/41425
The implementation of green economy in the agricultural sector is a crucial strategy for achieving sustainable development. The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) recommends five principles of green agriculture as a guideline for developing environmentally friendly farming systems. This study aims to analyze the extent to which these principles have been applied by agricultural actors in Indonesia, using a case study of the Horticultural Farmers Group in Pogalan Village, Pakis District, Magelang Regency. The method used is a literature analysis with a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings show that the implementation of the green economy in Indonesia’s agricultural sector remains partial, primarily focusing on environmentally friendly post-harvest processing and packaging. Meanwhile, other principles such as the use of natural nutrient inputs, planting diverse crop varieties, and integrating livestock with farming practices have yet to be widely adopted. Therefore, a comprehensive strategy involving education, technological support, and policy incentives is needed to promote the holistic implementation of green economy principles in agriculture.
Fauzi Fauzi Copyright (c) 2025 JEPERTA - Jurnal Ekonomi Pertanian dan Agribisnis 2025-12-06 2025-12-06 2 2 1 11 10.31186/jeperta.id.2.2.1-11 Profil Manajemen Produksi Pengolahan Tbs Kelapa Sawit Di PT. Palm oil mills (POMs) play an essential role in the value chain, particularly in processing Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) into higher-value products. This study aims to describe and analyze the production management of FFB processing at PT Agro Muko, Teras Terunjam District, Mukomuko Regency, focusing on planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision. The research was conducted in June 2023 using a purposive method. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews with the mill chief assistant, quality control staff, and supervisors, as well as a literature review. Descriptive analysis was applied to illustrate the implementation of management functions in the production process. The results indicate that PT Agro Muko implements effective production planning covering raw material management, technology, and human resources, supported by a processing capacity of 60 tons of FFB per hour. Organizing is conducted through task allocation based on production stations and a two-shift work system. The production process follows an integrated workflow from loading ramp, sterilization, threshing, pressing, clarification, to kernel processing, utilizing industry-standard technology to minimize oil losses and improve product quality. Supervision is carried out through quality monitoring, process control, and routine inspections at each station. Overall, the production management at PT Agro Muko is well-structured and effective, supporting efficient FFB processing and ensuring product quality in accordance with company standards.
Rahmat Sudarma Mira Eliza Rolinly Wakarandi Maranggi Aulia Alvira Dewi Arborea Reflis Reflis Copyright (c) 2025 JEPERTA - Jurnal Ekonomi Pertanian dan Agribisnis 2026-01-02 2026-01-02 2 2 50 58 10.31186/jeperta.id.2.2.50-58 Efektivitas Program Penyuluhan dan Pendampingan bagi Kelompok Hortikultura di Provinsi Lampung: Pendekatan Model Hierarkis https://ejournal.unib.ac.id/jeperta/article/view/45621
The agricultural extension program serves as a key government instrument for strengthening the capacity of farmers and horticultural farmer groups. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of extension and mentoring programs on the performance of horticultural groups in Lampung Province. The data were obtained from the Lampung Province Directory of Other Agricultural Enterprises (DUTL) 2024, which includes 158 horticultural business units across 15 districts and municipalities. A quantitative analysis was conducted using the Hierarchical Model (Mixed Effects Model) to identify the effects of extension frequency, mentoring duration, and group status on the effectiveness scores of horticultural groups. The results indicate that extension frequency (β = 2.60; p < 0.001) and mentoring duration (β = 0.67; p < 0.001) have a significant positive effect on group effectiveness. In addition, government-assisted groups recorded effectiveness scores 5.27 points higher than independent groups. The random effect of districts was not significant, suggesting that program implementation is relatively uniform across regions. These findings confirm the importance of consistency and intensity in agricultural extension activities to enhance the performance of regional horticultural agribusinesses.
Rahmawati Wijaya Aliyanti Zumrona Dewi Stopia Nengsi Devi Monika Sihite Reflis Reflis Copyright (c) 2025 JEPERTA - Jurnal Ekonomi Pertanian dan Agribisnis 2025-12-06 2025-12-06 2 2 30 38 10.31186/jeperta.id.2.2.30-38 Transformasi Digital Penyuluhan Pertanian di Indonesia: A Literature Review https://ejournal.unib.ac.id/jeperta/article/view/45516
The existence of ICT in the field of agricultural extension in principle provides convenience in the dissemination of extension innovations, storing and protecting data. However, in its journey, the existence of ICT is only felt by a few sectors and has not led to the expected progress. Therefore, this study aims to provide an overview of digital transformation in agricultural extension and the current condition of digital extension in Indonesia. This research uses the Literature Review method, this approach is relevant for researchers to critically examine the actual phenomena that are currently occurring. The results of the research show that the journey of digitization of agricultural extension began after the reform and the issuance of Law no. 16 of 2006 concerning the Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Extension System. After that, agricultural extension began to lead to the full use of ICT. The use of ICT in its journey has considerable challenges, at the farmer level, the presence of digital devices has not led to the use that encourages production or agricultural progress. At the institutional level, the weak institutional capacity of extension and the low competence of extension workers make the effectiveness of extension work not achieved. Comprehensive policy strategies such as the use of diverse, interesting and interactive media and supported by planning as needed need to be implemented. In addition, multi stakeholder cooperation in building digital infrastructure, improving the competence of farmers and extension workers in the digital sector needs to be implemented more comprehensively.
Bembi Akbar Serawai Elia Damayanti adli Copyright (c) 2025 JEPERTA - Jurnal Ekonomi Pertanian dan Agribisnis 2025-12-06 2025-12-06 2 2 19 29 10.31186/jeperta.id.2.2.19-29
