Abstrak

The purposes of this research were (1) types of medicinal plants used by the Lintang Tribe in Rantau Kasai Village, Lintang Kanan District, Empat Lawang Regency. (2) the origin of the place where it grows and the habitus of plants used as medicine in Rantau Kasai Village, Lintang Kanan District, Empat Lawang Regency. (3) What plant organs are used in the ingredients based on the types of medicinal plants that are inventoried in Rantau Kasai Village Lintang Kanan District, Empat Lawang Regency. 4) herbal medicine techniques used as traditional medicine in Rantau Kasai Village Lintang Kanan District, Empat Lawang Regency.5) community response regarding traditional medicine in Rantau Kasai Village Lintang Kanan District, Empat Lawang Regency. This research was conducted on the community in Rantau Kasai Village in June 2020. The data used in the form of primary and secondary data. The medicinal plants used by the Lintang tribe based on the battra reference in Rantau Kasai Village are 49 types of plants including 32 tribes. The origin of medicinal plants is houseplant and bush habitus. The most widely used plant organs based on the battra reference are leaves of 31 species (44.92%). Meanwhile battra also used all parts of 9 types (13.04%), 8 types of roots (11.59%), 6 types of fruit (8.69%), 5 types of stems (7.24%), 3 types of flowers (4.34%), 2 types of seeds (2.89%), 2 types of tubers (2.89%), 1 type of sap (1.44%), 1 type of stem bark (1.44%) and 1 type of tuber (1.44%).Techniques for processing medicinal plants are boiled and generally single ingredients, out of 50 respondents (community), 33 respondents answered that they still use traditional medicinal plants, besides that the community has a fairly high knowledge of medicinal plants. medicinal plants.
