Abstract

Belitar Seberang Tourism Village in Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu, possesses remarkable natural and cultural potential but faces challenges in accessibility and ancillary services. This study aims to describe visitor characteristics and assess their perceptions of the tourism village based on the 4A concept (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, and Ancillary Services). The research was conducted from October 2024 to March 2025 using descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods. Primary data were collected through observation and interviews with 100 respondents using an accidental sampling technique, while secondary data were obtained from literature and village documents. Results show that most visitors are aged 17–25, unmarried, have a senior high school education, are university students, and originate from Bengkulu. Perceptions of the Attraction and Amenities aspects were rated as good, while Accessibility and Ancillary Services were considered moderately satisfactory. Overall, visitor perceptions of the tourism village are positive; however, improvements in infrastructure, additional tourist information services, and training for tourism actors are needed to enhance service quality. These findings provide a strategic basis for sustainable destination development, increasing visitor satisfaction, and fostering loyalty.
