Abstract

Ketergantungan pendanaan Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) kepada pemerintah sangat tinggi. Jumlah peserta didik regular memiliki tren di bawah dari jumlah peserta didik beasiswa. Di sisi lain, LKP memiliki peran besar dalam penciptaan peluang kerja dan wirausaha melalui Pendidikan Kewirausahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui mendeksprisikan pengelolaan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan berbasis empat pilar financial sustainability, yaitu perencanaan finansial dan strategi, diversifikasi pendapatan, administrasi dan keuangan, serta pendapatan mandiri di LKP Tata Rias Pengantin Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, kuisioner, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat aspek financial sustainability di LKP Jawa Barat masih lemah karena adanya keterbatasan dana, terbatasnya jenis dan jumlah implementasi kerjasama, dan rendahnya jenis layanan produk serta jasa yang ditawarkan. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa kecakapan komunikasi digunakan sebagai dasar teralisasinya kerjasama di sektor informal. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi terhadap pengelolaan LKP untuk mencapai financial sustainability, yaitu peningkatan diversifikasi layanan produk dan jasa yang didukung oleh jaringan kemitraan LKP.
