Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta hasil pelatihan komputer dalam meningkatkan life skills warga belajar program pendidikan kesetaraan Paket B di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan komputer dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan praktik langsung dan pembelajaran kontekstual, didukung motivasi tinggi peserta, kompetensi tutor, serta fasilitas yang cukup memadai. Faktor penghambat utama adalah keterbatasan perangkat dan variasi kemampuan peserta. Pelatihan ini secara signifikan meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan teknis, kemampuan adaptasi teknologi, pengambilan keputusan, komunikasi, kerja sama, kreativitas, dan problem solving warga belajar. Disarankan peningkatan fasilitas, pengembangan kurikulum, dan pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk optimalisasi hasil pelatihan.
