Abstract
Rumah sakit di seluruh dunia terus berjuang dengan kinerja perawat. Menurut laporan, 88% perawat Pakistan berkinerja buruk. Setengah dari perawat Indonesia melaporkan merasa stres di tempat kerja, menurut Persatuan Perawat Indonesia (PPNI). Ketika perawat berada di bawah tekanan, mereka cenderung tidak memberikan pasien mereka perawatan terbaik. Para peneliti di RS TK III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang berangkat untuk menentukan pada tahun 2025 bagaimana stres di tempat kerja memengaruhi efisiensi dan efektivitas staf perawat. Dari Maret hingga Agustus 2025, data dikumpulkan
untuk penelitian analitis ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional, yang berlangsung dari 17 April hingga 25 tahun itu. Lima puluh perawat dari bangsal rawat inap dipilih secara acak dari total seratus untuk menjadi populasi penelitian. Kami menggunakan uji Chi-Square untuk analisis univariat dan bivariat dari data yang berasal dari kuesioner terstruktur. Hampir separuh responden survei melaporkan merasa stres di tempat kerja, dan hampir separuhnya melaporkan kinerja yang buruk secara keseluruhan. Stres di tempat kerja berkorelasi signifikan dengan kinerja perawat di bangsal rawat inap. Produktivitas perawat menurun ketika mereka mengalami stres di tempat kerja, menurut penelitian tersebut. Untuk manajemen stres yang lebih baik, peningkatan disiplin di antara perawat, dan dukungan manajerial yang lebih besar dari kepala bangsal dan manajer perawat yang mendengarkan masalah dan ide perawat, rumah sakit perlu menerapkan program pelatihan
