Abstract

The number of Covid-19 transmission continues to increase in various regions in Indonesia. Ujan Mas Atas Village is currently included in an area that is in the red zone of the spread of Covid-19. However, there are still many people who lack information and ignore the dangers that this virus can pose. People carry out activities as usual without implementing health protocols to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. Likewise with construction workers at the Al-Muttaqin mosque, Ujan Mas Atas Village. There are still many workers who do not use K3 equipment, including masks as an example of implementing health protocols. Therefore, the purpose of this community service activity is to provide education or socialization about the importance of implementing K3 in construction work for construction workers and socializing the dangers caused by Covid-19, the symptoms caused, and preventive measures against Covid-19 transmission. for the community in Ujan Mas Atas Village. The preparations carried out in this activity were by making educational posters and stickers about K3 and Covid-19 which were then printed, conducting TOGA plant nurseries, and buying health masks to be distributed to the public. After the preparations were completed, it was continued by socializing the application of K3 to construction workers at the Al-Muttaqin mosque, direct socialization to the public from house to house and public places about Covid-19, distributing masks and TOGA plants, and attaching posters and stickers to prevent Covid-19 19 in public homes and public places. In addition, posters are also distributed through social media so that they can be accessed by many people. The implementation of the activities is carried out by means of a qualitative method with a literature and empirical approach. The results achieved from this service activity are that construction workers understand the importance of implementing K3 at work, for the community to become more aware of the dangers of Covid-19 and how to prevent the transmission of  Covid-19. The surrounding community has begun to practice clean and healthy living habits and adhere to health protocols as an effort to reduce and break the chain of the spread of Covid-19.
