PENDAMPINGAN DAN BIMBINGAN TEKNIS PENGGUNAAN ALAT TES DAN PENGUKURAN KONDISI FISIK BERBASIS DIGITAL DI LABORATORIUM PENDIDIKAN, JASMANI, KESEHATAN DAN REKREASI UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA BAGI GURU PENDIDIKAN JASMANI OLAHRAGA DAN KESEHATAN SE-KOTA PALEMBANG

Abstract

The aim of this community service activity is that it is hoped that Physical Education and Health (PJOK) teachers in Palembang City will be aware of the existence of digital-based testing and measuring equipment for physical conditions in the Physical and Health Education Laboratory, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Sriwijaya University (UNSRI) and increase the knowledge competency of PJOK teachers regarding testing equipment. and digital-based measurement of physical conditions, and skills in the form of being able to use digital-based test and measurement tools. The methods used in technical assistance and guidance are lecture, question and answer, confession and practice methods. The activity was attended by 40 PJOK teachers in Palembang City between 3 August 2024 - 14 September 2024 which was carried out at State Middle School 52 Palembang and the Physical Education Laboratory FKIP UNSRI. The instrument in this service is a questionnaire created in Google Form, both for pretest and posttest of service activities. The result of this mentoring was a success where there was an increase in competence after the mentoring was carried out in the form of PJOK teachers' knowledge and skills in using digital-based physical condition measurement test tools.
