Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of school culture at Senior High School number 4 Lubuklinggau. The technique used to collect the
data is observation, interview, and documentation. From the title, objectives, and method were used in this study, so the result of the study can be concluded that planning, implementation, and
evaluation of school culture requires an environment conducive through the development of communication and good interaction between principals, students, teachers, staff, parents, community, and the government.
