Abstract
This study aims to compare the supervision of principals in improving teacher teaching discipline in the New Habit Adaptation Era between SMP Negeri 11 and SMP Negeri 25 Rejang Lebong. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a comparative study. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 11 and SMP Negeri 25, Rejang Lebong Regency. Research data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation. Research data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the supervision of the principal in improving the teaching discipline of teachers in the New Habit Adaptation Era at SMP Negeri 11 and SMP Negeri 25 Rejang Lebong had been implemented.
