Abstract
This research aims to describe the impact of teacher performance management in the Merdeka Teaching Platform on the teaching and learning process at SMAN 5 Bengkulu. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with interview techniques, observation, documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that performance planning guides teachers to choose performance practices. Performance implementation becomes a tool to carry out the teaching and learning process and professional development. Performance appraisal provides teachers with feedback on teaching practices. Supporting factors: availability of PMM features, school support, professional development, teacher awareness and commitment. Constraining factors: limited time and workload, lack of supervision, unsynchronized PMM features, implementation difficulties, lack of teachers' personal motivation and commitment.
