Abstract
This study aims to (1) describe digital-based school planning, (2) describe digital-based school organization, (3) describe digital-based school implementation, (4) describe digital-based school supervision. (5) Describing the inhibiting factors of digital-based school management. Descriptive qualitative research method, the instruments used in this research are interview guidelines, and observation sheets. The results of digital-based school planning research prepare what is needed in realizing digital schools. Digital-based organization forms a team that runs activities by coordinating through the website. Digital-based school implementation carries out all activities online. School supervision is carried out once a year while monitoring is carried out every activity. School barriers and supporters include inadequate infrastructure and the need to conduct training to improve teachers and students.
