This research employs a descriptive qualitative method using interviews, observations, and documentation techniques. Data analysis is conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The findings indicate that the 5S program was initiated through industry collaboration, however challenges remain in ensuring consistent student adherence. Evaluation is carried out through audits and supervision, while follow-up actions include strengthening socialization efforts and improving facilities. In conclusion, the success of the 5S program depends on the commitment of all school members, clear policies, and collaboration with industry. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The subjects of the study include the principal, the vice principal for student affairs, the Scout advisor teacher, and student leaders of the ambalan at SMA Negeri Megang Sakti, Musirawas Regency. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results of the study show that the management of the Scout extracurricular program includes structured planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation, although it still faces challenges such as limited budget and student motivation. The program has proven to contribute to the development of students' leadership skills, discipline, and teamwork. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode interatif model dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perencanaan sistem kredit poin pelanggaran di susun oleh tim, di sosialisasikan pada warga sekolah dan disyahkan oleh komite dan kepala sekolah. Penerapan sism kredit poin melibatkan waksek kesiswaan, guru bimbingan konseling, wali kelas dan guru, pelanggaran siswa ringan, sedang dan berat masih dilakukan sebagian kecil siswa, pemberin sanksi sesuai dengan jenis pelanggaran dan poin yang diperoleh dan penerapan sanksi dilakukan secara adil dan objektif. Melalui metode kualitatif, ditemukan bahwa nilai-nilai ini diterapkan melalui kegiatan santri, OSDA, dan pengabdian lulusan. The results showed that performance planning guides teachers to choose performance practices. Performance implementation becomes a tool to carry out the teaching and learning process and professional development. Performance appraisal provides teachers with feedback on teaching practices. Supporting factors: availability of PMM features, school support, professional development, teacher awareness and commitment. The research subjects consist of the principal, teachers, and students who are directly involved in the curriculum implementation. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model. The findings indicate that while teachers understand the theoretical concepts of the Independent Curriculum, they still face difficulties in preparing teaching modules, applying differentiated instruction, and conducting formative assessments. The main challenges include limited time, lack of practical training, and minimal mentoring. The positive impact observed includes increased student engagement and creativity, although the key challenges remain to be addressed. Data collection by interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique begins with data collection and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the role of school principals in the management of the independent curriculum runs in accordance with the stages, namely curriculum planning, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation, and follow-up of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 64 Lubuklinggau, and has a significant impact on improving the quality of learning, especially in terms of improving student competence, both in the academic and character fields. The successful management of the independent curriculum also shows an increase in student involvement in the learning process, an increase in critical thinking skills, and the strengthening of the values of the Pancasila Student Profile in the school environment. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling technique, the sample of this study was 78 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of this study 1) Context evaluation of SEL programme in Sidoharjo State Junior High School shows that this programme has the potential to reduce bullying cases.2) Evaluation of SEL programme inputs is essential to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the programme.
