The research design is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The subject of this research is the principal who is the main informant. As complementary information, the research subjects were the vice principal and teachers. The data collection technique is an interview which is analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study 1) The facilities and infrastructure needed in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum are quite adequate with a percentage of needs that have not been fulfilled only 10%. 2) The availability of facilities and infrastructure is good and quite complete because there are various facilities and infrastructure that can support learning.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3) The gap between the available facilities and infrastructure and those needed in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum is only 10%.&nbsp; The school is ready to implement the Merdeka Curriculum and is also one of the driving schools in Musi Rawas Regency. 4) Obstacles and challenges in terms of facilities and infrastructure in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum lie in the insufficient number of computers, laboratories, or library books to meet the needs of all students. The design used in this research is qualitative research. The resource persons in this study amounted to 3 people, consisting of 1 principal, 2 teachers. The data collection technique is interview technique. Data analysis used is data reduction, data display and conslusion drawing verification. Research results 1) The curriculum planning process can be adjusted to the needs and characteristics of students and the school environment. The implementation of MBS in independent curriculum planning cannot be separated from various challenges, such as limited resources, lack of teacher capacity, and changes in school culture. 2) The process of implementing the Independent Curriculum can be more effective and in accordance with the characteristics of students and the school environment. The Independent Curriculum provides high flexibility for schools in designing learning. 3) The evaluation carried out in the MBS context focuses more on real student learning outcomes, both in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. This study used a descriptive evaluation study approach. This research data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are reducing data, presenting data, and inferring data. The results showed that the evaluation of student discipline through the implementation of discipline is the habituation of school rules to students related to school entrance matters, student obligations, student prohibitions, clothing matters and sanctions, teachers become models so that students imitate what teachers do, and condition students to obey school rules and provide reprimands and sanctions for students who violate school rules. Associative quantitative research type. The study population was 80 people. The sampling technique was carried out with saturated sampling technique, where the number of samples used in this study was 80 people. Data analysis techniques are simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, Determination Test (R2) and F Test.&nbsp; The conclusion of this study 1) There is an influence of organizational culture on performance of 12.8 or 12.8%. In other words, Organizational Culture has a contribution of 12.8% in shaping the level of Teacher Performance. 2) There is an effect of Pedagogic competence on teacher performance of 26.8 or 26.8% Pedagogic competence has a contribution of 26.8% in shaping the level of Teacher Performance. 3) There is an influence of organizational culture and pedagogical competence on the performance of SMPN teachers in Muara Beliti sub-district by 32.2 or equal to 32.2%. The research subjects are principals, teachers and parents of students. The results of the study showed; The PPDB system has eliminated the calistung test, the accuracy of schools determining the path and quota of study groups and the implementation of an integrated web in the registration process. The specific aim of this research is the performance of supervisors in teacher academic supervision. managerial supervision of the school principal, evaluation of the results of the implementation of the supervision program and follow-up to the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the supervision program. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research subject was the supervisor of Elementary School. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques go through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the performance of school supervisors needs to be substantially improved in the areas of supervision, evaluation and follow-up of supervisory programs to further support the development of teacher and school principal competency. The general conclusion in this research is that the performance of school supervisors still needs to be improved in various aspects to support the development of teacher and school principal competencies more effectively. The research design used is a qualitative research method using a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were the principal, treasurer and vice principal of the curriculum. Data collection techniques are done by interview techniques that will be analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study are 1) Existing budget preparation has been going well although there is still no teacher participation in budget preparation and lack of evaluation of budget implementation. 2) Financial budget bookkeeping is carried out systematically and structured in recording the receipt and expenditure of education funds. 3) Examination of the financial budget in the form of supervision and inspection. Supervision is carried out by the principal while the inspection is carried out from two directions, namely from the school and also from the Financial Audit Agency (BPK) and is carried out once a semester. 4) Funding independence has gone well. SMP IT PGRI Lubuklinggau has optimized funding sources from entrepreneurship and partnership. Funds obtained from Entrepreneurship are canteen rent and school cooperatives. Megang Sakti Kab. Musi Rawas. The type of research used is school action research. The subjects of this study were 3 class teachers, namely class 1, III and V teachers. The data collection technique is observation or direct observation. The conclusions of the research are 1) The implementation of 360-degree academic supervision has a significant impact on improving teachers' lesson planning skills. This method proved effective in providing comprehensive and constructive feedback, so that teachers can identify areas that need improvement and develop better learning practices. 2) Implementing 360-degree academic supervision is the right step in improving education quality. This method has proven effective in improving teachers' skills, learning quality and the school environment. However, continuous efforts need to be made to overcome the challenges and improve the effectiveness of the supervision program. 3) The implementation of 360-degree academic supervision has shown positive results in improving teachers' learning evaluation skills. However, continuous efforts are needed to overcome the existing challenges and ensure the sustainability of this program. The research employs a comparative study method with a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that both schools implement student-centered leadership and are actively engaged in professional development but with different approaches. The principal of SMAN 1 Muara Beliti emphasizes monitoring teaching quality, while the principal of SMAN Sumber Harta focuses more on teacher mentoring. In terms of pedagogical competencies, teachers at both schools apply differentiated learning, with SMAN 1 Muara Beliti utilizing more learning strategies and technologies, whereas SMAN Sumber Harta prioritizes a personal approach. Student character highlights religious and national values, with varying program emphases. The learning environment in both schools demonstrates high enthusiasm despite socio-economic challenges, supported by parents and stakeholders. This study used an associative quantitative approach. The study population was 78 teachers who were members of KKG in Gugus XV Lubuklinggau City. The sampling technique was carried out using saturated sampling technique with a research sample of 78 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Determination test analysis (R2). Research results 1) There is an influence of managerial leadership on the professional competence of teachers by 12.8%.&nbsp; 2) There is an influence of the availability of digital facilities on the professional competence of teachers by 26.8%.&nbsp; 3) There is an influence of managerial leadership and the availability of digital facilities together on the professional competence of teachers by 32.2%. Narasumber dipilih berdasarkan keterlibatannya dalam pengelolaan kurikulum merdeka. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen.Hasil penelitian mencakup temuan penting. Perencanaan melibatkan tim penerapan kurikulum, analisis konteks, dan identifikasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan memberdayakan guru dalam penjadwalan dan pembagian tugas. Pelaksanaan melibatkan pengawasan oleh kepala sekolah melalui rapat briefing. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pemeriksaan dokumen, wawancara, dan supervisi kelas. Rencana tindak lanjut dilakukan setelah evaluasi.Faktor pendukung meliputi Program Sekolah Penggerak, Platform Merdeka Mengajar, kerja sama tim, kualifikasi pendidikan guru, tenaga ahli, serta sarana dan prasarana yang memadai.
