Agaom Analisis SWOT untuk Pengembangan Program Bursa Kerja Khusus di SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu Selatan https://ejournal.unib.ac.id/manajerpendidikan/article/view/41413
This study analyzes the development strategy of the Special Job Placement Program (BKK) at SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu Selatan using the SWOT method. The analysis shows that the program’s strengths lie in its qualified human resources, industry-based curriculum, strong business collaborations, and supporting facilities like the E-BKK Online platform. However, weaknesses remain, such as limited administrator training, a shortage of industry-certified teachers, and inadequate industrial-standard facilities. Opportunities include industrial growth, government policy support, and rising demand for skilled vocational graduates. Meanwhile, the program faces threats such as rapid technological changes, bureaucratic hurdles, limited funding, and competition from other schools. To optimize the program, it is crucial to leverage strengths and opportunities by maximizing the E-BKK platform, enhancing industry partnerships, updating curricula, upgrading facilities, and providing continuous human resource training. Regular evaluation and policy improvements are essential to maintain graduates' competitiveness. The BKK program plays a vital role in bridging graduates to the workforce, reducing unemployment, fostering entrepreneurship, and supporting economic development at both local and national levels.
Ari Gunawan, Sudarwan Danim Copyright (c) 2025 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejournal.unib.ac.id/manajerpendidikan/article/view/41413 Sun, 31 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0000 EFEKTIVITAS SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN GURU DI SMP NEGERI TERAWAS KABUPATEN MUSI RAWAS https://ejournal.unib.ac.id/manajerpendidikan/article/view/44659
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of academic supervision conducted by principals in improving the quality of teacher learning at SMP Negeri Terawas, Musi Rawas Regency. The results show that academic supervision planning is carried out systematically and structured, referring to eight main indicators: scheduled supervision, valid and reliable supervision instruments, effective communication, clear policy basis, constructive feedback, follow-up plan, openness, and identification of obstacles. The implementation of academic supervision plays a significant role in encouraging positive changes, including improving teachers' professional attitudes, the quality of lesson planning and implementation, learning evaluation, and a supportive school environment. This supervision also has a direct impact on improving student learning outcomes through adaptive and innovative learning strategies. Despite facing obstacles such as time constraints and schedule flexibility, effective academic supervision is proven to be able to encourage the continuous development of teachers' pedagogical and professional competencies. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of humanistic, collaborative and data-based supervision approaches and the need for integration of academic supervision into school management to create a quality and sustainable education ecosystem.
Salvera Yulina Copyright (c) 2025 Salvera Yulina https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejournal.unib.ac.id/manajerpendidikan/article/view/44659 Sun, 31 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0000 OPTIMALISASI KINERJA GURU DALAM PENGELOLAAN PEMBELAJARAN (Studi Deskriptif Kualitatif di SMPN Campur Sari, kabupaten Musi Rawas) https://ejournal.unib.ac.id/manajerpendidikan/article/view/44650
This study aims to describe the optimization of teacher performance in learning management at SMPN Campursari, Musi Rawas Regency. The background of this research stems from the low reading interest of students, influenced by limited access to books and the impact of digital technology, which has shifted conventional reading habits. The evaluation results indicate that both schools have implemented national literacy policies; however, the implementation at SD Negeri 15 is better due to better resource access and regular supervision. SD Negeri 12 faces limitations in facilities and funding, although it continues to innovate in its literacy program. In terms of input, SD Negeri 15 has better planning and facility support. In the process aspect, its literacy strategies are more diverse and supported by partnerships. In terms of product, the program has improved students' reading habits, though writing skills remain a challenge. Optimizing the program requires facility improvements, teacher training, and strengthened partnerships.
Ani Kurnia Copyright (c) 2025 Ani Kurnia https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejournal.unib.ac.id/manajerpendidikan/article/view/44660 Sun, 31 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0000
