Abstract
This study aims to examine a model to improve employee performance through perceptions of organizational support and organizational commitment to employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the Central Bengkulu Regency Government. Quantitative approaches and survey methods were used to collect data. Based on the statistical test, the results of the study indicate that the perception of organizational support and organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, job satisfaction can mediate between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment to employee performance because it has a significant positive value.

Abstrak


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji model peningkatan kinerja pegawai melalui persepsi dukungan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi di Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Berdasarkan uji statistik, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan karena memiliki nilai positif yang signifikan.
