Abstract

The use of e-Commerce in information technology is on the rise. One of the most widely used online marketplaces recently is platforms like Shopee, OLX, Lazada, and others that are commonly used. Their clientele includes members of the PKK (Family Empowerment and Welfare) organization, particularly housewives. Up to this point, PKK members have primarily acted as customers without fully understanding the economic potential.


Therefore, to enhance the understanding of the PKK group, it is essential to engage in Outreach activities in the form of learning and business training through online marketplaces. This activity is specifically aimed at assisting housewives in the Sawah Lebar Village of Bengkulu City in maximizing their customer base and actively participating in profit-generating business activities. Utilizing online buying and selling markets can increase sales and reduce expenses, as it eliminates the need for physical stores, advertising costs, or employee salaries. This is especially beneficial when sales are low, particularly among healthy housewives. Selling products without having to leave their daily household activities can significantly contribute to the welfare of their families.
