Abstract

This research aims to explore the potential for culinary innovation through service to the residents of Pondokan Keken in Sawah Lebar sub-district. The main focus of the research is to introduce Sweet Potato Leaf Meatballs as an innovative product that combines traditional meatballs with sweet potato leaves. With intense competition in the world of work, innovation in the culinary sector is one of the efforts to maintain society's competitiveness. Sweet Potato Leaf Meatballs were inspired by a video on TikTok social media, where a group of people used sweet potato leaves to make balls like meatballs. This research includes survey methods, discussions, outreach and training for Pondokan Keken rented residents, with the aim of enabling them to become more productive through culinary innovation.
